Vex walks into the healing tent, noticing his fellow Iwarian. He had a chunk of flesh on a plate in his hands. It was Madara, and he was speaking of the Rinnegan. But to a acquire it he must have defeated the legendary First Hokage.

Vex cleans his patient along with himself and the chunk of flesh. He makes sure everything is sterile before proceeding. He also runs a diagnostic check on the patient, making sure everything is in order.
"Now this hasn't been attempted before, no one knows what'll happen....you could even die Madara. Even if you gain the power, this won't be pleasant. Are you sure you wish to proceed?"

Memories of the Uchiha Stone Tablet and of Izuna begin to race across my mind. I cannot decipher it without the Rinnegan. My Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan passed onto me from my brother cannot decipher everything. In order to know everything, I need the Rinnegan.

Vex then grasps his patient, as well as the chunk of flesh. Medical chakra begins to course through his body and into his hands. He manipulates the chakra to envelop the flesh in the medical chakra. Slowly but surely, the flesh begins to graft onto Madara. Surely painful, but probably nothing considering his patient's caliber. Vex takes extra care, making sure to implant the DNA of Hashirama and change the strands of DNA to fit Madara. After a while, the process is finished. Vex would then question his patient on how he was feeling. He is ready to spring into action if his patient isn't feeling well. After all, this is the first time an Uchiha has had the DNA of a Senju implanted into them. Even then, this was the great Hashirama's DNA.
