1st hokage wife sealed the fox into her during the battle didn't she? And if he did fight madara alone, its safe to say he didn't beat him. Madara probably retreated since they didn't had a body to claim.

Welcome, and from what iv seen it looks as if they were fighting alone and the kyubi got sealed in her at the end not during. Weather madara truely wanted to kill harishma or was just there to gain access to his powers is also un known

But i believe it was that he challenged the first to a battle for leader, after the battle , mito got kyuubi sealed in him....

Hashirama doesn't seem like the type to let others interfere or gang up on madara... just like naruto wouldn't want anyone interferring with his fight with sasuke

i hope the creator shows us this match from the 1st point of view. I have a feeling it would change a lot of stuff. Too bad there is no way to bring him back. Guess they would have to make a movie or something.

NAAWW, Mito was there as well so madara probably had kurama for half the fight then he got it taken away from him so Madara EMS vs Hashirama + jinchuriki. Thats y he lost

Hashirama could have fought madara alone. We know hashirama took control of kurama partway through the battle, so we know at some point it was hashirama + kurama vs EMS Madara which is are good-looking odds for hashirama.

Also it is said that hashirama had multiple bijuu under his control, meaning he could have used them for his battle against madara as well.

I doubt it was a 1 vs 1. Manga clearly states that mito and the fox aided hashirama
Even doubt madara was at 100%

Why would Hashirama risk his wife becoming a jinchurikki? Jinchurikkis are hated, often targets for other villages, and if they lose control (like Gaara sometimes, or all of the former 8-tail jins, and probably others) then they need to be stopped which results in death for the jinchurikki either through extraction or just being killed outright.
