I doesn't matter what u think believe or hope its stated as fact that he's beat by hashirama. Its commmon narutoverse knowledge. His dead edo body is proof he lost and died. Besides noone has seen an entire hashirama fight drawn by kishmoto and stated as canon. One knowns the extent of his skills except for madara before he died.

Hashirama won because madara most likely wasn't as powerful as he is now when the two of them fought.
Also right now Madara is invincible via edo tensei(giving the allusion hes stronger than he actually is, though hes obviously super powerful). he wasn't invincible before.
I doubt he had the rinnegan when fighting hashirama(since he said he got it near death)
I also doubt that he had wood release abilities when fighting hashirama.
What I'm saying is, The reason Madara lost was because he was weaker when he fought hashirama.

i don't know if you all noticed this but it seems that shinobis from the past are stronger than the present. 1st homage was the strongest of the hokages and was also the first hokage. second hokage was also strong. it seems that the hokages are weaker compered to the earlier hokages. Madara was also in the first hokages time period and see how strong he is compared to the five kages in the future.
true talk.. we NEED to see that fight in some flashback. madara just looks invincible. he should have kicked the first hokages ass. but then again kabuto said he made madara a bit stronger than he was so maybe he didnt have nearly as much chakra.. perfect susano'o. lol that was quite something eh?

i watched the fight and madara won, though they dont show the final blow but they show a panting madara:kaito:
yes during the fight hasihrama did take the fox.
U mistrept what was said.
It was never said WHEN the sealing took place.
We know WHY hasihrama got mito to seal it within herself to try and control it for konoha sakes. But when this took place is unknown.
And if you think they sealed it then there and then mito somehow was able to control in a blink in a eye to use against madara ur just fooling urself.
How long did it take naruto to get anywhere near using the fox? 6 years at least.
Important you realise the fox doesnt like shinobi and would rather see his host die. Thats obvious and mentioned by himself why he hasnt help any of his hosts in the past until naruto.
So try and read between the lines you'll realise its unlikely mito was able during a such a epic battle seal a fox with madara there fighting hasihrama.
U think it takes 2 secs to seal the fox or soemthing.
