Hashirama can't use any sharingan better than any Uchiha out there. To use the Uchiha eyes proficiently you need the kekkai genkai blood running through your veins first of all which Hashirama does not. And second, you need to have high proficiency in Yin release powers, which Hashirama does not have according to the databook grid he's only proficient in Yang release.

Hashirama being able to handle the sharingan better than any Uchiha at all is as stupid as saying naruto can use the sharingan better than Sasuke.
Just because senju/uzamaki genetics allows you to cancel out suffering from sharingan side effects, does not mean you're better than a natural born user. That's stupid

the point was that even with Hashirama's DNA, Danzo had to keep them covered up and sealed because having Hashirama's DNA wasn't going to change the fact that an uncovered and active Sharingan was going to eventually wear him out.

Well ofc, even uchihas can't use their two sharingans forever unless they're someone like Itachi and we're talking about around 11 sharingans controlled by a non uchiha using only Hashirama's DNA. If he could manage it without them most of the time doesn't it makes sense to not use them and exhaust your power unnecessarily.
And I guess he sealed them cuz hiding them just with some cloth would've been risky and difficult to manage.
