Juubito may be able to defeat Hashirama but he didn't get his chance to fight him due to being in a battle with Madara.

Hashirama stomps Madara. Only reason he is stronger now is because of Hashirama DNA.

Rikudo.. Well of course. He started it all.

Kabuto gets stomped.

Orochimaru get stomped.

Kabuto is able to suppress mokuton and has healing on par with Hashirama's. If he hits Hashirama with that drug, he wins automatically.

I wouldn't be surprised if Orochimaru has this as well.
