no madara didnt drop the meteor precisely on onoki. onoki flew under it and lightened it. madara then dropped another meteor to make sure that it reached the intended destination. sure you can leave the rest of NB for this as long as we both know that madara admitted inferiority to hashirama even in his edo state.

Well Madara did make that comment only when Tsunade asked about Perfect Susanoo.

Well i will pick up a small details:
1. Both Madara and Hashi fighting in the Valley wld be affected by the meteor falling as none of them were edos, and both wld suffer the same.
2. Mokuton wood is a physical thing, not a energy form. Perta can only absorb energy forms or else Madara wld have absorbed Gaara's sand.
