Alright, my battle arena rules *i always wanted to say that
*no subs, no kais,
use everything you know,
terrain is a forest with a river in the middle as usual ^^
I use Sharingan of Stage 3, poison, medjutsu and my custom elements are Chocolate and Void.

Description: user spits out a could of super hot ash which expoldes when the user clicks there teeth this jutsu will cause damage if you escape before it explodes(damage is done to skin and lungs) .

Well, let's say he was fighting in a coma state when we were done, but no, i wouldn't say beat him, cause I used an OP med jutsu, which I won't use here, since it is used only against cocky and arrogant fighters.
Well we are in a mid/long rage and the burning ash is a short/mid jutsu.
meaning that it will take more time to get to me
So let's try this:

Description: User summons the Butterfly Queen, a huge white and purple butterfly which spits deadly poison. It also has the ability of Tsunade's Katsuyu: when getting hit she creates mini-clones of herself, as well as separate and reassemble into a large number of clones to avoid the hit. She is able to divide herself into smaller butterflies. By doing so, she can escape harm. She can then reform herself by combining her clones once more. Also allows the user to ride her and her feelers (antennas) can locate a hidden enemy.

It still hides the fact that you created clones and the fact that you are hiding underground. But the cloud you created doesn't let you know either where I am and on what time.

Description: The user focuses their chakra into a focal point (either their eyes, hands, or mouth.) and infuse it with her chocolate element. The user then fires thousands tiny hot chocolate puffs, which turn anything they hit into chocolate. The terrain that is effected by this technique takes upon all the elements and characteristics of liquid chocolate, which can be poisonous up on the user's will.
If they hit the opponent they burn his/her skin, causing a painful death due to intoxication and overheat if he/she doesn't find a way to get rid of them immediately. If also poison is added to the puffs (the user must state it when using this jutsu) they cause an immediate energy block and paralysis for the opponent. The terrain does not return to its previous state.
The jutsu affects the user also, by intoxication of the limbs (additional -30 chakra points if used for the opponent)

me and my clones fly up (higher then u) avoiding ur jutsu (if they are coming from straight above then we fly in a diagnal direction if they come in a diagnal direction then i fly in the other direction) then the clone proceeds to attacks u (like in the description) then one clone uses

Even if you see me with the byakugan through the mist, your clones will be saved by flying, but there's no way you have the time to go over ground again and then ride the bird also :s

Alright, let's start again. So, you and 2 clones are flying on this Fire Bird and there is an already damaged clone into the battlefield which i turned into chocolate.
Not so fast
I can see too your techniques, not only cause I have activated my Sharingan, also cause they are quite huge xD*As you create your Bird Fire and start coming up I am just flying down to the battlefield, cause I am immune to my choco*
To avoid arguing about the timing although I don't think I need this jutsu, I am using this:

The cocoon is made by drawing a sign in the air and it is created instantly. The technique can also be used in wars as protection against offensive jutsus.
