Em, your scroll maybe, but the sword doesn't. The swords are linked to the chakra of the user. When the user dies or is defeated, the swords get linked to the chakra of the victor.

Sorry to post in your thread but Nadara u do know that Zabuza Momochi can see inside of the mist so u don't have to do chakra senseing rain :|

If you want to have my sword, you'll have a chance in a month, when i'll already have time to use it. You already want to seal it, when I didn't even have time to try it >.>.
