sorry for the late reply
ok since the jutsu are extremely vague (and by extremely i mean they don't give any ****ing description on how it is done
so i tend to not use them and create combinations when doing a taijutsu fight)
so we will work on that before the jutsu
so attack the dummy with a series of your own attacks WITH THE WAITS
btw the dummy is a special he can move and use jutsu ect...
but watch out he's a homosexual

I'll keep the dummy in front of me as he'll try and approach from the rear. >.>
*puts on the weights*
I square off with the dummy and launch my attack. I thrust my palm at the middle of its stomach aiming to cause it to double over. Once it doubles over I grab its head under my right arm and grab its right arm with my left hand just above the elbow to gain control of the arm. I then knee it in the chest and twist its neck with my right arm by placing my hand on its chin and sharply pulling up. This causes its body to lift off the ground and spin in the air before landing on its back.

thats all very good but in a fight you wanna take you opponent out with as few hits as possible
so do it again but this time try to take the dummy out with only 3 hits

I starts standing in front of the dummy and use both my hands to simultaneously smash the sides of the dummy's head causing it to become momentarily stunned (if you've seen Sherlock Holmes similar to that xd ). As its stunned I coil back to build strength in my legs and bring back both my arms and then burst forward with both my palms aimed at its chest. The blow causes the dummy to stagger back a couple of steps opening up a little distance. I take a couple of steps forwards and jump while kicking my right leg straight up aiming at the dummy's chin, causing it to lift off the ground and then fall backwards.

I reset my position in front of the dummy.
I stand in a balanced position with me left foot forward and my left hand slightly extended at chin level with my right hand in a fist at me side. I lash out quickly with my left hand giving a quick jab to the dummy's face. This strike is mainly to distract those as it causes the dummy to respond while somewhat disrupting its vision. As he lifts his arms to block the jab I instantly follow with a strong punch with my right arm aimed towards its lower left rib with enough force to crack it. Giving it no time to recover for the broken rib I spin and deliver a strong kick with my left leg that finishes breaking the rib completely and sends the dummy tumbling.

seems you get the point (when most people get detailed they tend to try to do things that are physically impossible xD)
alright the jutsu are very vague so if i describe one wrong i apologize (like i said i don't use the normal jutsu in a fight
except maybe lions barrage or leaf whirlwind)
alright take a kunai make a tiger seal on it
then shove it up the dummies ass sending it flying

As the dummy is special and can move and stuff I don't think simply making the seal will work. So I take out the kunai and promptly throw down a smoke seal to hide my movements. I then go underground using:
(Doton: Dochu Eigyo no Jutsu) - Earth Style: Underground Projection Fish Technique

To quickly go underground and then travel just behind the dummy. As I'm coming out of the ground I make the tiger seal and shove the kunai into its ass.

As the dummy comes at my I spin to my left and kick my right leg at it. The dummy ducks beneath the kick, narrowly avoiding it. As my right foot passes over its head and lands on the ground I put my weight on it and using the momentum I pick up my left leg and aim a kick at the dummy's ribs as it ducks.
