Lightning is one of the five basic elements.
It's is also one of the one of the elemental nature transformations theses techniques allow the user to generate lightning by increasing the high frequency vibrations of their chakra also for piercing damage and fast movement.

Oh. Lightning is an atmospheric discharge of electricity just like thunder, Which typically occurs during thunderstorms, And sometimes during volcanic eruptions and dust storms.

Lightning is hot seeing as how it strikes so fast you would think it would be almost silent but it is actually really loud. As in features it is Amazingly fast, It has the ability to pierce objects, It can set off a fire.

ok boi lets get started firstly I am not nero so we are going to do this my way
*grabs your hand and using my uber super amazing magic we appear on the top of a mountain during a lightning storm*
sit and meditate until you can feel the lightning around you so you can really truly understand lightning
once you do that focus your lightning chakra and try to create small static bolts
btw I'm to lazy to check but you can only use D and C rank jutsu right

* I Sit down and start meditating, As I sit quiet and flow chakra through my body, Clouds start rumbling lightning shoots down and it gets dark I sit still while it's pouring down rain feeling the vibrations from the lightning slamming down As I open my eyes and pull apart my hands electricity start to emit from both hands connecting and making sparks* Is that good sensei?
