i would do it like this

i focus my lightning chakra into my hands and in between them thus creating some lightning
then using shape manipulation i turn the lightning into the form of a ball which i then launch at the dummy

try to explain it more so i can be confident that you are understanding the jutsu




ok for the next jutsu i want you to focus your lightning chakra out of all your pours and create an armor of lightning around you
