He used it a couple times when in Kyuubi Chakra Mode, people said he looked like a yellow flash.

The problem is that it would make him too powerful in a real fight, so Kishimoto doesn't have him use it.

shunshin is high-speed moving, naruto has used it multiple times. Its only a basic ninjutsu that the most ninja learns in academy.

It doesn't change the fact that he used it to dodge Ay similar to what Minato did to catch Naruto while fall, i don't know why you're even denying this as Shunshin is a basic ninja jutsu.

i nvr said he can't use it it's E rank tech basics.
i meant to say he nvr use it till getting KCM and after getting he starts speedblitzing so i doubt it was shunshin

Yes, he's used it several times. Against Ay, against Pain, against Obito, etc

It's just rarely specified on this manga if it's actual Shunshin or movement. Like Bee against Taka was Shunshin but I'm not sure if Lee vs Gaara was actual Shunshin.
