Actually it is Shunshin, Ay use it with his Raiton Armor to dodge amaterasu, Naruto using it with KCM is no different.

it is clearly stated A combines body flicker with raiton armour but as u can see all of naruto's abilty speed,strength,durabilty incraease with the cloak

It doesn't change the fact that he used it to dodge Ay similar to what Minato did to catch Naruto while fall, i don't know why you're even denying this as Shunshin is a basic ninja jutsu.
