Naruto wants to change the shinobi world, because he wants to break the cycle of hatred. How he will accomplish this, I do not really know. Sasuke was is just to conquer the world and be supreme ruler of world.

he wants to get rid of the hate
Well there is a difference between having a desire and a practical, actual plan to achieve that. We have to see his plan in action to see what he's capable of but if we stay at this "desire" then me as well when I was a kid I wanted to become an astronaut. XD

When did he say that? The new chapters coming out today or tomorow. You won't have too assume what he's planning for much longer.
Change the Hyuuga.

The Hyuugas already changed.

Ok, let's put it down in simpler terms
Sasuke is totalitarian while naruto is democratic
Does that make sense?

I googled that fancy sounding word.

"Definition of TOTALITARIANISM. 1 : centralized control by an autocratic authority. 2 : the political concept that the citizen should be totally subject to an absolute state authority."

Sasuke hasn't said anything about citizens following his orders.

He also died fighting alongside the people who he hated for years.Hinata, and Hiashi, and it was said that the Mark deosn't go away until the person dies.

Well that's one way to think but frankly ( and I hate to make this comparison) isn't that what most politicians do till they get the authority? Now I don't say that Naruto will shit them but it is a fact that many people try to take control of a country something that they might manage because of being warmly welcomed by the crowd but that doesn't make them for sure capable of pulling off their jobs. On the contrary, many politicians win majority's trust by voting for mesures which are beneficial for the crowd (although it's for a short time) but then they have to face the consequences of their " nice plan"

AHAHAHAHAHAHHA you are somehow right XD

But bro, in manga Good people are always do good things when they get power/authority.

and naruto proved it by his actions.

Well that's techniqually true but the last time I checked Sasuke is willing to kill anyone who goes against his will, not much of a freedom, don't you think? XD

So you're going to use neji's sole motivation/experience for the whole branch family? What? Lol
Neji only fought along side them due to his father's wishes, and Naruto's tnj.

Well naruto proved that he's a capable fighter and even a capable leader in fights since he can encourage others. However, from that to suddenly get into bureaucracy is something that I can't really see him fit. Actually, I would hate, if he becomes hokage, for Kishi to fastforward his whole life and to show suddenly the end result of a successful hokage without showing even a little of his actions while he is one.

Neither one of them seems to have a long term plan. Revolution or peace through cooperation and understanding-both seem kind of vague to me. Only specifics are one involves killing and the other doesn't.

Reread the ending of Naruto Vs Neji.Neji truly changed. It wasn't just because of his Farthers wishes, and i honestly never even thought about the side branch members, seeing as they were never shown.its like they're not even nameless fodders - they are pratically non-existent fodders. But seeing as how Neji changed, they probably did aswell.

Plus Neji wasn't the only one who changed.Hiashi did aswell. He even bowed down to Neji after his match against Naruto. If the Leader changed and cooperated with one side branch member, his genuis Nephew Neji then surely he just didn't ignore the other members of the practically non-existent side branch.if he did then i doubt Neji would of been fighting along side him in the War.

He will try and achieve true peace.

Don't think it's not possible, he can force every village to form an alliance together and if any of those villages try and rebel, he will solo them Neg-diff XD.

Yeah, that's called tnj. It worked on neji. Not the whole branch.
Proof at bold? Cuz hiashi only did it out of the wishes of his dead brother.
