As of right now, people are just giving Naruto the benefit of the doubt because he's the hero. He hasn't actually had or said any plan that has to do with peace.

Which is funny because, the only one with an actual plan is Sasuke; Naruto just keeps saying he's going to do things without any idea of how he's going to do it in hopes that it will just be there for him, just like everything else.

Don't think it's not possible, he can force every village to form an alliance together and if any of those villages try and rebel, he will solo them Neg-diff XD.

That's exactly what Sasuke would do, and the whole point is that their methods should be completely different, but both striving to achieve the same goal.

I'm pretty sure Naruto currently does not actually have a plan, right now he's going on instincts and belief, which i really don't like. He'll have time to think about it, though, since it looks like Kakashi will be the Sixth Holage.

Naruto already stated to pain that he will bring peace to whole world including hidden rain.

Naruto has some plan. His plan will be revealed soon. So we have to wait not to just jump to conclusions so early.
