Has Minato defeated any kage-level shinobi other than Obito?

well, he did take on obito and kurama, and bee and ay simultaneously. that's like 4 kage level characters in as many chapters taking on two at once, and minato hasn't really gotten much screentime.

if you look at the other hokage's feats, they all have one or two at most as well, because they weren't shown much. and from the akatsuki, the only one who took down a legitimate high kage level shinobi was Pain with Hanzou. Kisame did defeat bee, deidara gaara, and itachi orochimaru as well, and only kisame vs killer bee was a legit 1v1 full fight.

I'm sure he has but we still don't know much about Minato's life. Otherwise, he wouldn't have become Hokage if he hadn't deserved it.

2. Minato vs Aye+Bee
3. Minato+Others vs Juubi+Madara+Obito - going on. Juubi is much more powerful than combo of many kage level shinobis.

He curb stomped Obito while sealing the nine tails into a baby. Yes the nine tails is kage level, and he had a scuffle with Ay and Bee (I hardly count it). He had more bouts with Kage level shinobi than the the others before (Hashirama, Tobirama and Hiruzen) and after (Tsunade) him.

This is just hypothetical, he said your only the "second person to ever dodge my super speed punch", I seriously doubt from the time he fought Minato to now there was little to no growth in that technique. That was implied when he stated that. I'd say he was Kage level. Bee had the 8 tails tamed and befriended by this point. and his mastery of swords didn't grow as much as he was able to tie minato even with his speed at that point. I'd say they were Kage level because we didn't see the true extent of there powers and we know Minato clearly was ready by this point.

Ay was a jonin at that time, he is obviously gotten stronger since he is more muscular than before. Bee at that time didn't tame hachabi, cuz he didn't have full control over it's power.

He definitely had full control by the time he fought Minato. Clearly stated lol he only learned Tbb after it and forbidden to use it. However, they did not go all out but we saw glimpses of it. A and Minato were Kage soon after meaning they didn't have this big ass jump within a couple months. The time frame suggests that they met the requirements to be at "kage level" to say, they just didn't have the title because a war was going on. But him stating that only 2 people ever have dodged his fastest punch means it didn't get that much faster if at all for that matter or he wouldn't have recognized Naruto as the "second" but rather the "only" person to dodge it if it was a big improvement. Yes they got stronger but so does everyone the longer they live, but the improvement was minuscule since the confrontation with Minato. You feel me?

The truth is, he's had more major fights than any other Kage.
Obito, A and Bee.
Hashirama we only know of Madara, Tobirama we know of Izuna, Taunade hasn't beat anybody as far as I know... And Hiruzen had that one major fight with Oro.

minato didnt own ay and bee . neither ay nor bee had a scratch on them . minato just proved he was faster then ay . only a fanboy would say he owned ay and bee
