grimmjow most likely grew stronger, but how strong is debatable, definitely not strong enough to beat Ichigo, Grimmjow holds a candle to Ichigo but that's about it. Neil could most likely also take Grimmjow, if grimmjow grew stonger than Neil must have as well. you can't take B without also taking A.
