in the movie Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan it is shown In the Saiyan delivery room
Broly is tormented by the constant crying of his neighbor, Kakarot.
Kakarot's crying affected Broly's psychological state of mind,causing him to hold a subconscious grudge against him

When he saw his grandpa and I believe he was teary when upa's dad died. Gave no fcks about Krillin though. Nah jkn he was emotional but didn't cry.
However he *really* cried badly in one of the DB moves.
