Yeah, this is reasonable, though the multi-shadow clone technique seems tame to be in that list (list of techs banned cos a foe might lay hands on it), and I meant Multi-shadow clones in almost all my posts it's a hassle to type it (since a guy on page one corrected it)

Doesn't make sense for it to just split your chakra repeatedly. Otherwise you could just spam it forever.

It’s only forbidden to ninjas of low to medium chakra capacity and learn and taught to people with High chakra capacity,Naruto had when He learn it low kage Chakra reserves. That is why Naruto had trouble with Sakura level jutsus but not Kage level jutsu.
