How is dying not a physical repercussion? It's the same reason 8 gates was banned, and Rasen Shurien was banned.
Huh, cos death is from low Chakra and not anything else, and death from low Chakra can happen when using any and every Chakra requiring technique (so far as you don't have enough)

True but not every move puts you as close to that state as Multi Shadow Clone. Again, Shadow Clone isn't banned, multi shadow clone is and it's because casting it puts you at such a high risk for chakra depletion.

Yes, but Tajuu Kage Bunshin basically ensures you'll die.
It's not even a jutsu normal shinobi can use once without death.
If There were a Multi Fireball Jutsu, or a Multi Water Dragon Jutsu, those would be forbidden too.
I should ask, what defines a normal shinobi? cos I'm sure Sakura should be able to use it (if she knew the process), it's a Chakra thing, people with large Chakra pools should be able to use it

About the forbidden thing. There are so many thing can be explained for that. Have you see many other ninja from other country using multi shadow clones ? secret jutsu maybe
May be they scare that if Naruto use it under normal circumstance will release kyubii, so they hide it from Naruto.

Another thing is it may have been forbidden by the Hokage because if another country learned how to use it it could be a dangerous weapon to have to fight against so to reduce the chances he bans the use of it then less chance it's used on a battlefield with enemies to see the hand signs.
But if you see, shadow clones is on different level than the rest.
Other clones share very little amount of their chakra and here we are talking about MULTI SHADOW CLONES not just shadow clones.

Shadow clones as normal people use them (ie, about ten) are perfectly safe. but if your naruto and cant settle without using at least ten thousand, your chakra is going to be at 0.01%, and any normal ninja would die from chakra exhaustion almost immediately. but, because shonen main character, naruto can ignore any downsides.

Not the clone jutsu the Multi Clone jutsu maybe that was forbidden for that reason. What I mainly was getting at is maybe some jutsu are forbidden due to the risk of them reaching enemy hands. We don't know who made multi shadow clone but let's say it was Tobirama since he made Edo Tensei too, maybe like ET he made multi shadow clone and realized the threat it could pose with strong users and forbid anyone from learning it to reduce the chances of it reaching a foe. But chidori for example shouldn't be forbidden despite being dangerous to fight against because you need sharingan to wield it and Konoha only had Uchiha so they wouldn't need to forbid the jutsu. See what I'm getting at or no?
Yeah, this is reasonable, though the multi-shadow clone technique seems tame to be in that list (list of techs banned cos a foe might lay hands on it), and I meant Multi-shadow clones in almost all my posts it's a hassle to type it (since a guy on page one corrected it)

Wrong what makes the technique danger is simply the splitting of chakra and if memory serves me right I think what you're talking about is multiple clone jutus
