Has anyone seen Madara's EMS??

Did I miss something from the manga/anime but everytime he used his sharingan its the regular 3 tomoe. Does he still have it, and hasn't had a reason to use it? (I thought EMS is a permanent thing). Did he lose it fighting the 1st? hmmmm...any thoughts?

well i think its just like the ms where it actavaties just like when you see Itachi's sharingan and then becomes ms......so sharingan/ems

theres a picutre of it in the manga but the EMS seems to be lacking in the E. Check around where he flashes back to his childhood talking to sauske after his battle with Itachi. I think after Madras battle with the 1st he says he lost somthing and is now a shell of what he used to be and is now trying to become complete again in manga chapter 467.Also in naruto shippudedn eps 140-141 I think it shows it a few times

well that would of been the case, but he was almost killed by Konan. Why not use his EMS rather than using Izanagi and losing one of his eyes forever?
