[Discussion] Has any anime affected your personality in a negative way?

What I mean is, have you seen any change in your personality which is connected in someway to recent anime you have watched? Can dark-themes anime make you pessimistic, cynical and even cruel? This is a serious question. Was there ever a change in your personality, slighty maybe, that had something to do with an anime or a manga?

Well I'm not talking about HUGE differences but more like changing your opinion on certain things and how you treat them and thus changing your overall behavior.

Well, there are plenty cases of ppl developing chuunyibou "eight grader's syndrome" from watching anime.

Eva made me feel sad and lonely and empty for a couple days but it didn't make me clinically depressed.

Dragon Ball Z affected me positively because I was very young and impressionable when I watched it, and that show is very much about protecting people and beating up bad guys and all that good stuff.

But recent anime affecting me negatively? I guess that has somewhat happened...

Terraformars has convinced me to squish every cockroach I come across, lest they survive and take some steroids/train and come back for revenge. That show has also made me hate censorship more than I did previously.

Tokyo Ghoul kind of freaked me out towards the end of season 1 too. I don't think it had much of an effect on my personality though...

Well I wouldn't go that far but my point is that anime can affect in a not happy way occasionaly.

Some moments I could just kill you in many ways that I think of. My main way is by using Killua's claws to just rip out your neck -

Other times I can be happy like Naruto...though I don't like being happy because I think a lot and I'm too much of a realistic person. Knowing that that or this happy time won't last long or forever is just always in the back of my mind.

Idk man, I think about a lot of shii...nothing weird or emo though. Just normal real world shii, ya know?
