Throughout the Harry Potter series, people praised Harry for his Seeking skills and his overall prowess at Quiddich. Now, it is true that Harry had a lot of skill, however, I believe he had an unfair advantage.
In every single one of Harry's matches, except for one in the second book, Harry had the FASTEST BROOM.
Book One
Gryffendor vs Slytherin: Had fastem broom, Nimbus 2000
Gryffendor vs Hufflepuff: Had fastest broom, nimbus 2000
Book 2
Gryffendor vs Slytherin: Had 2nd fastest broom, won NOT because of skill, but because Malfoy wasn't doing anything
Book 3
Gryffendor vs Hufflepuff: Had fastem broom, Nimbus 2000, lost only because of Dementors
Gryffendor vs Ravenclaw: Had fastest broom: Firebolt
Gryffendor vs Slytherin: Had fastest Broom: Firebolt
Book 5
All Matches: Fastest broom, Firebolt
Book 6
All Matches: Fastest Broom, Firebolt
This isn't really a criticism on Harry, more like on the game of Quiddich in general. The players are not on equal footing: Those with faster brooms have an unfair advantage.
