id have to say minato as well IF he has his flying thunder god marking made. if not then tobi for sure

now for the obvious 3 i would say good contenders would be
-Lee for speed (only with gates)
-Gaara for defense
-Neji for rotation
-Naruto in SM and Tailed beast mode
-itachi
