Hardest ninja to hit?

Who's the hardest ninja to damage? To land a hit on?
It's between Muu, Minato and Tobi imo.

I'd go with Tobi, here. It takes a semi-intelligent ninja to figure his ability out, and even more intelligence and skill to actually hit him.

I wouldn't say it was easy... Minato's just amazing, and makes it look easy.

None its naruto and he has demonstrated this several times. With mass kage bunshins its very hard to hit the real one. With km clones they are just as fast as the original so its not only hard to hit them, good luck finding the original. Then there is bm naruto xd

Tobi i think. He is a very tricky opponent. Unless you outsmart him like Minato did, he is hard to touch. Minato takes the second place though
