I guess Minato would win, and don't start with Hashirama can tame a Biju, or Hashirama defeated Madara... it doesn't matter, it all depends on how good you are against a certain opponent, in this case Minato...
Also about the SO6P being the strongest... yea he was but do you know how good he is in battle? in his time no one knew anything... he started the ninja system, he was the father of jutsu, in his time he didn't have an opponent...
About Konohamaru surpassing Naruto? unless he has some Kekegenkai or he becomes a host, or turns up to have some unique ability then NO... You take the "new generation surpassing the previous" too far, and i guess it goes for you know, like people from the same clan, or ordinary ninja... Naruto is no ordinary ninja i give you that.

lol i can see u are a strong minato supporter by the name and pic but harashima clan is a direct descendant of the which gives him advantage he also have wood element and the s06p cnt be defeated is just ippossible guy he was the ten tails hosts see naruto in nine tails and u see the power just imagine tentails then as for konahamaru looooooooooooooooooooolz thay guy .........but the fact he learnt rasengan shows potential and he promised to teach him the giant ball so its posssible dont think
the new generation is always better but as in Naruto surpassed Jiraiya and someday even Minato and simillar
but that generation cr?p doesnt always apply or Ino would be better than Hashirama it means that SOME students/descendants/... have a good chance at surpassing their masters/senseis/... if they learn everything rom them and improve it
but a ninja from lets say Akimichi clan (altough good) wont surpass old ninjas like Hashirama
