Awakening is the process when a devil fruit's qualities extend to it's surroundings and enables the user make the nature it's user's kitchen.
IN doflamingo's case, it allowed the conversion of surrounding material into strings, but note the fact that the people or specifically living things didnt get affected. Which is the difference maker.
Robin's ability manipulates life, unlike Doflamingo's strings which are inanimate. So what'd the awakening be?
It doesn't end with that, she could also manipulate teleport into any of her controlled puppets at her will in a similar fashion to Gecko moria and his shadow like she currently teleports to her to a clone which is the same as her original since she is essentially cloning and not literally duplicating like say, a shadow clone. Like she has shown here:
she was indeed the original since her real body was nowhere to be seen, she can simply create another clone and evaporate her present body into thin air, proven by that scan, and in the awakening, this ability will be further amplified and exponentially magnified into teleporting into the mind and soul of her victim and evaporating her real body into petals in the process

It'll be similar to brook's spirit travel, she essentially travels in spirit and mind into the other victim but in case she wants her original body again, she can replicate her spirit "image" into a real body in an essence to logia becoming physical as she uses her mind to actually make the bodies not her physical strength or energy as she closes her eyes whenever she does a high scale technique, so her "mind-spirit can be duplicated into a real physical body with her "mental thought" itself
So in essence, her ability would convert into an ability like marco's; implementing the qualities of a logia, zoan and paramecia.
Her turning this OP was foreshadowed by Oda by a few scenes like this
"Iam skilled at moving behind THE SCENES..." and "MY specialty is ASSASINATION..." clearly could be referring to her future of the behind the scenes all-knowing( because she doesn't need to see the target visually with her eyes to pinpoint him/her, in essence mimicking the role of an all-knowing god)unknown villain like the way she lived, hiding in crews and betraying; which greatly parallels this ability in character. Her ability could leave the victim incapable of thought unlike the toy toy fruit in which the victim's thoughts exist, so the user's identity will forever be anonymous like a god but in this case; there is a foreshadow that she'll be considered a "demon" instead of "god". Aokiji called her a "demon" which will be a plague for the straw hats, which hints to her this inhuman ability which adds up doflamingo, toy toy fruit and gecko moria's powers into a single bracelet(Her victims is completely possessed by her, which in essence recreates thier shadows into the shape of her body since she "completely" posseses them, even physically) and this is also kind of foreshadowed by robin negating cavendish aka hakuba who was characterized as a demon who kills like a gale blowing in a city without reason and no one knew who hakuba was or seen him face to face linking the anonymity of her awakened abilities in this scenario in terms of a fore-shadow. Her standing in middle of jinbei and luffy is a tricky foreshadow of her being the most powerful and potentially the LEADER of the Straw hats Crew since jinbei is also a member, in other words, jinbei is overall the strongest member of SH alongside luffy, so it's clearly the foreshadow of her futuristic superiority.

Replicating the cells of trees, manipulating the grass and flowers and even down to minute structures like bacteria and germs and padding weaker structures like say, flowers with extra petals till it becomes as hard as metal by melding a huge quantity of petal into a single structure like she does with her arms which turn into an almost invincible limb capable of surviving the pressure of underwater damage, something which haki endowned rubber body luffy which is exceptionally made for enduring blunt pressure, couldnt makes the melding feature of her fruit quite an OP ability which is almost or literally limitless once awakened making her essentially the strongest character in entire OPverse. It could even extend to duplication of her sensory organs in terms of literal sensing like in NV universe, without the use of eyes or ears or nose as she can close her eyes and still pinpoint where the target is, thus this kind of no-organ relying sensing can be replicated and expanded to a world-wide level with her awakening which passes her powers to her surroundings, in essence, using trees and shrubs and flowers and germs and bacteria or any kind of invisible living organism as a medium to sense "all things" happening in the world and essentially duplicating the "Voice of All things" of Gold. D. ROGER! By being one with every living being, she can understand every kind of languages and monotromes and phonetical sounds of every type of organisms and eventually she'd find a creature which yet knows the secret of Raftel and then "hear" it's language and the crew to the final island without obstructions. Though this is kind of ironic, considering she already reads that language. IN addition, she could create her limbs in un-spacious areas like in a bullet and stop it or change its trajectory like diamante's sword as a trailer to that feat, and create limbs on atoms, molecules and germs as she gets access to minute organism through awakening, might as well create limbs and duplicate bacteria level substances on atomic level; effortlessly.

the manipulation of all kinds of living organism around her. Awakened Zoans give some light to this
the speed of recovery which is a bordering parmecia like ability and resembles this situation as having her power is "living" like a zoan's body power, though the physical toughness wouldn't be included as its the "brute force" zoan specialty. In other words, her limbs and all other organisms she controls will have a regenerative quality to it, it'll duplicate cells almost limitlessly resulting in a form of invicibility. In essence creating an infinite endless army of living beings attacking the opponent at the same time in one accord. Since she can generate cells to cover up injury limitlessly, as her reproducing ability isn't limited by lack of stamina or physical energy consumption, her innate weakness of getting pain occuring in her duplicates on her own body will be neutralized, because of the cell reproduction will keep covering up the injured cells almost with unlimited speed because of this feat she has shown before
Cavendish was invisible to someone like bartolomeo's eye, yet was unconditionally and effortlessly caught by nico robin and the pre timeskip hype was proven yet again.
