If you mean at the end of the Halo 4 trailer then yes I supposed, but the gun you are looking in this picture is probably an upgraded BR or the DMR.

I doubt its a DMR since it takes place after Halo 3 and played as Master Chief. The clip size is too big aswell. It is probably a BR. The silver thing at the end of the gun looks like a grenade launcher attachment to me :shrug:
