He did beat sasuke, he lost because Naruto went 1 tail on him, yeah Haku would have won that fight easily.

I love Naruto and Sasuke for different reasons but with Naruto getting all emotional and going 9 tails then they both would have been brutally raped by Haku

I disagree Sasuke was weak he was one of the top genin in the village and Haku was apart of the Hidden Village of the Mist Anbu
