Haku will probably be at Minato level because

-Haku can use jutsu with one hand very fast
-He can also use ice release which is a combination of wind release and water release. This mean He got three element release
-Haku is mirror teleportation jutsu is comparable to minato ftg .Hakura can appear anywhere the ice mirror is located ,similar to minato seal kunai for ftg
-Haku weaponary is very good because he hit a certain spot on Zabuza inorder for him to appear dead infront of kakashi and other in part 1 ,when they were protecting the guy from the hidden rain village

while normally I'd hate to agree with anything coming from your mind, I kinda have to agree with this, we've seen haku already use his tech similarly to how Minato uses ftg, furthermore ice techs seem to be resistant to fire attacks at the same, or lower levels, like when sasuke used his fireball jutsu on haku's mirror, it barely was affected. I'd say that if given the chance haku would indeed be similar to Minato.

Perhaps he could have learned to freeze an opponents blood in their body. This is an entirely feasible jutsu that would allow him to one hit anyone non edo that couldn't one hit him faster. Kkg in the hidden mist were exterminated yet mei has 2 kkg. I think ice release was particularly feared for this reason. At his prime he could have had reflexes on par with minato/itachi and a s/t jutsu roughly equal to minato's ( not quite as fast but he could put mirrors anywhere that are difficult to destroy) plus one hit kill moves like freezing your blood or turning it into spikes to kill you and your teammate standing beside you. To those who think he'd be on par with neji. He was stronger than zabuza who is stronger than neji's prime. This was two and a half years ago he would have become mid-kage at least in this time

I disagree with the last statement.

You agree he could have one hit kill moves like freezing blood in your body and having s/t jutsu on par with minato and reflexes on par with itachi/ minato yet you don't think he'd be mid kage? Explain if he was still alive and had progressed in the ways I've described he'd beat deidara, sasori, hidan, possibly kakuzu, he'd be able to freeze anything kisame throws at him. He'll if he caught someone off guard it'd be a one hit fight. Why do you disagree?
