Haku in Shippuuden?

Haku was already pretty strong in naruto part 1. How strong do you think he would have been if he didnt die and lived on in part 2?

Kage level? What? Who would he be able to solo or defeat?

He (I almost wanted to say she) would've probably been ANBU. Kage is still supposed to be a rare thing, otherwise anyone could be kage at any given moment. Just because someone begins strong doesn't ensure they'll keep growing. Everyone has a limit. So I'm going to keep it at ANBU. ANBU Captain at it's highest.

Just because your kage level doesnt mean your kage material. Gai is as strong as kakashi which as going to be hokage. But just not kage material which a good leader, teacher, etc, etc. Not just in strength. Thats why tsunade is hokage.

Kage level. He had as much potential as naruto and sasuke and naruto in the first data book. Gaaracould became a kage and had less potential than haku in the data book. He had low stats but so does naruto their fighting style can't be accurately described by stats. Haku had 5 in hand signs so he could throw needles while firing his ice jutsu or any of zabuza's seeing as zabuza said he taught him everything including hidden mist. Imaging hidden mist ice mirrors and one thousand ice needles used simultaneously. I'm certain he could have acquired the needle sword made even more ice jutsu possibly summons. I've contacts to reflect genjutsu. Possibilities are endless with ice release.
