2: Releasing Dangerous Beasts onto the world; Creation of the Bijuu, they didn't exactly go out of their way's to not be terrifying monsters.
3: Giving Madara Uchiha the Rinnegan; Madara got Hagoromo's chakra by combining Indra and Ashura, and Hagoromo has allready shown that he is capable of giving people rinnegan as nothing but Chakra. That is exactly how Sasuke got it.
4: Writing the Uchiha Tablet; You know, the one with instructions to cast Infinite Tsukiyomi.

So, thats 2 Crimes that threaten to destroy the world with Infinite Tsukiyomi, One that would cause the deaths of hundreds of thousands, by giving a psychopath a deadly weapon, and One that causes uncounted deaths from the Bijuu's many rampages.

I'm pretty sure that is enough to call him evil.

Evil has intention. Unknowingly creating these possibilities of world destruction doesn't make him evil - it makes him foolish.

Also, the Uchiha tablet is both a warning and a way for the world to unite peacefully. Madara just took it to mean that peace could be found through people living in a dream world.

Hagoromo wrote the Uchiha Tablet, and said that he knew about Indra and Ashura's reincarnations, before he wrote the tablet, otherwise he couldn't have left it behind for indra and his reincarnations.

This makes all hokage evil...u kno why.

He did create the moon, there is plenty of scans to back this up.

As for the Rinnegan, He says that madara awakened the rinnegan by awakening Hagoromo's chakra by combining Indra and Ashura

The Tablet itself is a living contradiction: If Hagoromo really intended Indra and his transmigrants to cooperate and reconcile with Ashura, then why did he made the Tablet only clearly readable with an EMS, and fully readable with only the Rinnegan? why leave a message of reconciliation and peace which is only clearly and fully accessible through the pursuit of more power? unless he truly intended and pigeonholed Indra's reincarnation to take power (EMS by taking brother's Sharingan and Rinnegan by stealing Ashura's Chakra/Senju DNA) why would he need to subject Indra's transmigrants to pursue and steal power just to read it?

What is stated is he left the tablet to persuade the Uchiha in an unknown way not to abuse the senju cells, implying they either had been or were already aware of it. Everything else could have been added, altered or corrupted by Indra, the Uchiha or someone else.

Hagoromo didn't give Madara the Rinnegan. He obtained it himself from the infusion just before he died of old age.

He didn't kill a god. He sealed a consciousless, rampaging piece of it that was destroying the world due to his mother taking its fruit and pieced it's life force out into nine sentient beings that are helping to save the world now.
