The Tablet itself is a living contradiction: If Hagoromo really intended Indra and his transmigrants to cooperate and reconcile with Ashura, then why did he made the Tablet only clearly readable with an EMS, and fully readable with only the Rinnegan?
The tablet and Hagoromo's description of it is too vague. It could easily have been altered by Indra and the Uchiha. Madara himself inscribed his history on it according to Itachi. Furthermore, if gaining Hagoromo's powers from the Uchiha fusing their DNA with the senju was possible, how would the Senju doing the same not be? I also got the implication that the Uchiha had already been infusing themselves and that was the reason Hagoromo left the tablet but that the Uchiha took it, altered it and hid it away from everyone else. Itachi also stated the Uchiha had been abusing Izanagi, which requires both clans' chakras and clineage. Orochimaru and Kabuto also used a hypothesis rather than the writing of the Uchiha stone to bring back Madara at his peak. You may recall Hagoromo also stated it lost its meaning, which also implies alteration to me.
why leave a message of reconciliation and peace which is only clearly and fully accessible through the pursuit of more power? unless he truly intended and pigeonholed Indra's reincarnation to take power (EMS by taking brother's Sharingan and Rinnegan by stealing Ashura's Chakra/Senju DNA) why would he need to subject Indra's transmigrants to pursue and steal power just to read it?
Because the Uchiha of that time may have already been aware of and in use of the infusions through hypotheses and experimentation, as well as of Kaguya and the Shinju without even reading the tablet.
