Proof is Sharingan was never stated to be Hagoromo's dojutsu, it was identified as an Uchiha KKG and Rinnegan was identified as the Sage's eyes. And Hagormo said Indra inherited his genes, not his eyes.

That's no proofs.

Because he had genes for RinneSharingan from which Rineggan and Sharingan both come from. He never had the Sharingan as it's been stated to be the Uchiha's KKG and not the Sage's.

True, but Kishi also made it clear Hagoromo's Rinnegan does not have Sharingan abilities therefore he wouldn't have been able to use Susanoo because it's a Sharingan tech.
