He can use any ninjutsu that isn't KKG. Sharingan is a different dojutsu just like Byakugan and RinneSharingan, he can't use Susanoo just like he can't use Kaguya's Ameno and Gentle Fist

Those are elements, he has all elements but I'm talking about dojutsu. He can't use Sharingan abilities because he doesn't have a Sharingan. And Sharingan is devolved from RinneSharingan not from Rinnegan.

i find it plausible for Hagoromo to have a PS, but not Hamura. Granted they had the same general abilities, but the likelihood of Hamura having an avatar is closer to nihl unless it was more like Ashura's.

Because he had genes for RinneSharingan from which Rineggan and Sharingan both come from. He never had the Sharingan as it's been stated to be the Uchiha's KKG and not the Sage's.

No he didn't, filler episodes are not canon and Sharingan was never stated to be the Sage's dojutsu in the manga. Indra got his Sharingan from the genes Hagoromo got from Kaguya.

It's like how your parents can be blonde but you get red hair from your grandmother. Hagoromo inherited the genes for RinneSharingan but he got Rinnegan while his son got Sharingan, Kaguya's eye power was divided in half and neither of her descendants were born with both halves of her dojutsu.

I don't see a proof that Hagoromo didn't have sharingans before rinnegans.

Proof is Sharingan was never stated to be Hagoromo's dojutsu, it was identified as an Uchiha KKG and Rinnegan was identified as the Sage's eyes. And Hagormo said Indra inherited his genes, not his eyes.
