Obito admitted being unable to wield both Rinnegan, even if they were not his, it shows that double Rinnegan > any doujutsu until stated otherwise by manga.

Nope, BZ first talk about Yin-Yang seal used by Hamura and Hagoromo on Kaguya then he talk about Juubi being sent in space and creating moon.

Yin yang seal is what made a moon and BZ states it was used on juubi/kaguya.

This is as I explained unless Hagoromo and Hamura separated Kaguya somehow from Juubi... sealing her first, then sealing Juubi in Hagoromo. Later Hagoromo extracted Ten tails-> split it's chakra-> five forms(creation of bijuu)-> created moon from juubi empty husk

Hagoromo doesnt mention his fight with mommy, he was fighting juubi only, according to him, he didnt know that kaguya was like merged with it.

Only one problem Nagato wasn't original user, BZ stated that only Hagoromo and Madara awoken Rinnegan by themselves.
It is Kishi's manga, but you didn't learn that one opponent can be more fit againt other. Hagoromo can have skills to counter Obito, besides he is undoubtly more skilled one in compare to Kaguya.
Kaguya may be more powerfull but she make poor use of her power
