If what you claim went down really happened, then Hagoromo never would have became the Juubi's Jinchuuriki, and that is also a proven fact in this manga, unless you are denying that too? Even though Hagoromo is being depicted with the Gudo Dama, a Juubi Jin's ability. This is the factual and canonical order of things.

1. Hagoromo and Hamura fight and defeat Juubi.

2. They seal it inside Hagoromo.

3. Hagoromo grows old, and extracts the Juubi and divides it into the 9 Bijuu.

4. He's left weakened because of the Juubi's removal, so nothing happens here.

5. Once he's regained his strength, he removes the Gedo from his body and seals it using Chibaku Tensei.

6. Later he dies.

He had no Gudo Dama, so he didn't have Six Path's Senjutsu, and if he did, he would have gotten it from the chakra Kaguya passed down to him. Though it still doesn't change any of my main points.

Then I guess he got it from Kaguya, but that would make no sense considering he doesn't have the balls, just the staff.
