Hagoromo says ''this land''. Its obvious he meant the world, as the world can overall be called a land. The rest doesn't make any sense.

This land can mean the world? lmao you are funny. All your doing is twisting words to fit your theory. All it said was she cast a genjutsu to control people

1. "People" with your context it means world but with my context as the so6p said she ruled over land(land never in anything ever concieved by humans meant the whole earth) so this would lead me to believe she controlled only her land. This is how i took the word "people" and both of our interpatation are opinion stop trying to push yours off as fact and then getting mad when people disagree. And again you said your opinion with manga scans = fact so since s06p said she controlled land and i put together that she only cast gen on that said land what i said is fact then based on you logic.

2. Infinite tsukuyomi does not require the moon, the moon's eye plan requires the moon, but infinite tsukuyomi doesn. Infinite tsukuyomi only requires direct eye contact and can be amplified with the moon, but the moon is not needed.

I have no problem with this thread or theory and think it could be possible but the OP that created shouldnt act like his theory is correct and absolute when its only a theory...not manga facts as some would like to say.

There are plenty of holes in it and other options. Kaguya simply could have used the God Tree as the medium. The fruit of the God Tree does have that coveted eye needed to cast the genjutsu in the first place...Using that and her Byakugan and Sharingan it should have been easy for her to do Eternal Tsukyomi. The fact that the manga states the Sage created the moon, on a few occasions, disproves your whole theory until some confirmation from the manga, not just your interpretations.

The Sage never said she used it on everyone or else there would be no Naruto which we are reading right now. He just said she used it on people no reference to the moon or anything. She could have easily just flown through vlliages and stuff just putting people into genjutsu. Hagoromo DID NOT SAY SHE PUT EVERYONE IN GENJUTSU OR ELSE THERE WOULD BE NO NARUTO, SASUKE, OR ANYTHING! She had the Byakugan and Sharingan orginally, maybe she got the Sharingan from the fruit, Hagoromo didn't say.

Mugen tsukuyomi only needs the moon so the entire world gets caught under it, hence the term "Mugen tsukuyomi"

Kaguya has the juubi's eye, she can use it to cast genjutsu on them without the moon. She only used it on a smaller scale, compared to what obito and Madara who needed the moon to cast MT on everyone in the world.

manga says rikudo created the moon, thus he did.

The eye she possess is the Juubi's eye, which can only casts Mugen Tsukuyomi. She used it on the moon, to reflect her Genjutsu on the world and have them all under her control.

Well, that's your theory. But nothing of that is stated anywhere in that scan or that chpater.

2) Nowhere it was implied that Kaguya used the Massive scale eternal genjutsu which could require the moon to project that genjutsu on entire world.

3) The scan proves that Kagyua used other method to cast Eternal Tsukuyiomi on the people. It was by sticking people to roots of the holy tree. In other words Kishi implies that Kagyua used her Shinjuu'eye power to control Shinjuu to caught people in her Eternal Tsukyiomi.

4) Hagoromo only mentioned that Kagyua used ther sharingan's eternal genjutsu technique to enslave some of the people, NOT ALL OF THEM.

5) You are butthurt, because Sage > your favourite (unless your favourite is Kagyua)

To end this baseless thread, Even if Kagyua indeed used the Moon, then it just means Ten tails destroyed the moon in fight against Sage and his brother.

Hagoromo Ootsutsuki then simly recreated it.

Who knows if it was even the moon before Kagyua came, it is possible that Kagyua create the moon once which was later destroyed and Hagoromo just recreated it due to respect to his mother.

Theory =/= Facts and confirmation, the scan didn't even say Kaguya interacted with the moon in anyway all of this bickering is just assumations so until Kishi retcon what he previously established it still as it is now that the Sage created the moon.

for Kaguya to have another way due to having the Juubi eye, as her needing the moon.
So, I guess you kind of make sense.... but until the manga directly counters what it said before..
