1. He created ninshuu which later became ninjutsu, meaning any jutsu you see in NV Hago knows how it works because he is chakra himself now.
2. Divided the Juubi chakra to 9 tailed beasts.
3. Sealed the gedo mazo in a shell of earth that he hurled into the sky.
4. Sliced something with that DNA like sword Obito used on Naruto and SA
5. Managed to Defeated the Juubi and became its Jinchuuriki.

Hagoromo didn't create Ninjutsu, and Ninshuu =/= Ninjutsu.
Dividing chakra doesn't seem to take much skill, especially with bijuu. There are 18 different versions of the bijou running around, not including the Kingin bros and Sora from the ahi,e
Defeatign the juubi, With help, doesn't seem to be that great a feat. Obito did it with a hole in his chest.

Because destroying the moon is really nececarry to beat hagoromo. Also, Amaterasu doesn't play by normal rules of fire. You find fire that can burn other fire, and i will believe you.
