I had karate session last Sunday ..
my sensei forced me to spare with 5 people ! One after one without break.
However I received injury in my right knee during sparing ..

it's been 5 days and the pain didn't gone yet .

I tried ice bag, cream and tablet but nothing happened yet ..

What do you think happened to me and how can I get rid of this pain ?

any advice will be appreciated :(

Experiencing pain in the same spot for five days in a row obviously points to something being wrong with your knee. Don't ask NB, go to a doctor.

You hurt your knee while sparring?

You need more training then. You never suffer from self injury unless either your stance, performance, or execution is flawed.

When you feel better practice more.

Try throwing the ice bags at your Karate teacher. It won't get rid of the pain, but it will make you feel better, I'm sure!

Chop off the injured limb before the pain spreads. Trust me, I'm a doctor

I'd recommend just going to someone who's viable right now. Knee injury can be a b**** if not treated, I should know, I was forced to take a six months break from MMA practice after screwing up my knee, I highly recommend you try to prevent a similar situation on your end.

I'm not too familiar with the English term, but I ripped apart a muscle which I believe is called Meniscus. In order to heal the injury, I had to rest for a few months, while at the same time strengthening the knee by doing simple exercises, such as Squats, and just standing on the leg for some amount of time. Now, a year later, it's pretty much healed completely, although there's always a risk of it tearing up again.
