7 gate will do......... guy beat kisame........ tsunade want survive if he cut her head of with 7 gateagain tsunade wins, her superior medical + taijutsu is phenomenal, again she was 2nd pick for hokage, only coming up short to j-man, that in itself is a incredible feat to her prowess as a kunoichi of konoha.
gai may have his gates, but none of them have the power to take tsunade, unless he uses the 8th gate, if so he will most definitely win...at the cost of his own life.
gai is faster then tsunade thats no surprise, but IMO counters with intelligence which is far greater than gai's, both of there taijutsu's are at master lvls, gai and his gates right up to seven has increased his strength in his taijutsu to the point he can take on reasonably strong shinobis and beating them with little effort but risk damaging his body, tsunade already has raw strength, given her superior chakra control skills, she developed her chakra enhanced strength know as her incredible raw strength, gai has ninjutsu and genjutsu skills, but tsunade's is far superior.
tsunade's close-range combat skills have been considered unsurpassed. Jiraiya commented that no one could stand equal to her in terms of combat and medical prowess.

Tsunade, if Guy goes 8th gate he'd die, but I think take her with him, so it'd be a tie. I think Tsunade would still win if he only goes to 7th gate. Tsunade being considered one of the greatest medical nins. Of what is known Tsunade can even recreate organs with it. Also she has additional protection from slugs, which could protect the villagers from Pain's Super Almighty Push that destroyed the entire village, in addition she also has basic healing she can do to herself from minor injuries. With her extreme strength her body would need extreme durability to be able to destroy the things like boulders and put giant craters in the ground. I won't deny Guy's strength, but he still needs to make physical contact which still leaves an opening from, plus

cut her head off? with what? the gates?? dude stop being a loser and think with your head, cells regenerate with her jutsu as long as she has enough chakra to accommodate the jutsu and im sure the brain is a organ if im not mistaken?? so it will regenerate, along with her head since her head has her brain (organ) and head structure which is also made of cells, the chakra does not come from the head nor controlled by it.

i dont think speed is a factor in this fight if tsunade can outsmart him
and if he gets close, tell me how he can counter her *Body Pathway Derangement* jutsu?he can dodge any of her attacks with speed and outlast her. i forgot what the jutsu is but after looking it up i will tell u if he can or cannot avoid that attack.i dont think speed is a factor in this fight if tsunade can outsmart him

tsunade is not that fast yes her taijutsu is amazing but if ppl can dodge it is not that big of a deal and guy can wait till she gets tired and finish her off with morning peacock or some other attack. But she is the best med nin in the world and taijutsu master so i would say she has hidden potential(something up her sleeve) to beat guy.
