Ah, in that case i'm not sure. But I do know Gai wouldn't be blitzing Bee because Bee is use to A's speed and was able to intercept A from attacking Naruto. Gai at 7th gate speed doesn't look to be on A's Lightning armor version 2 speed from the fact that he never blitz Kisame like A did Sasuke. If Gai gets too close then Bee's Lightning blades would cut thru Gai's limbs or weapons.

no one beats killer bee in taijutsu/kenjutsu with anything but high difficulty except maybe obito or minato

Guy is the best taijutsu user period. 6 gates beats bee. 7 over kill 8 death. That's my opinion.
