I know for guy some members are a bad match up. Just like Kisame is a good match up.

But Itachi's susanoo is not that fast. And Guy's speed makes dodging attacks really easy.

If Itachi were to use suanoo he looses a lot of mobility unless he is partially using it which leaves a lot of vulnerable spots.

itachi's speed feats:

even bee lost hope and was jsut about to be blasted to oblivion
