Guy vs Itachi, who's faster?

Lol,Base Gai speed is only fodder tier.

Itachi is fast but he doesn't specialize in speed and taijutsu like guy does.Since this is long distance Guy wins easily due to stamina.Even 100m i see Guy wining barely.If itachi had better stamina then he would be able to keep up his speed for longer.

There is still A between the two. Also, I would still consider base speed Guy to be faster than itachi as he has trained himself in the Strong Fist style, which requires the user to specifically be very fast and strong.

Yes but as we saw in Part 1 Sasuke copied Lee's base speed and was equal to base Lee after a month.

Itachi was noted to be faster than basically everyone he fought. Guy on the other hand was about the same speed as Kisame without the gates on.

Speed is one of those things that you can judge just by how they compare to other people. It isn't like judging abilities to win battles.

I think I made a pretty good line of comparisons earlier in this thread.

Itachi>Sasuke
Sasuke=Mifune (Mifune is known for his speed, which is enough to disrupt handsigns, that's how fast he is)
Kisame ~ Base Guy (based on their second fight before Guy opened the gates)

Actually, he copied his movements used when moving. He then trained his body to withstand the strain moving at those speeds as he would likely tire out very quickly if he didn't.

If you look at the databook it states that guy was faster than kisame:

Guy:5
Kisame:4

Using the databooks in this given situation is acceptable as it applies to that time.

In my opinion for your given examples:
Itachi>Kakashi by a small margin
Itachi>Sasuke by a small margin
Sasuke=Kakashi
Guy>Kisame
Itachi>Kisame
Itachi~Guy

I will hereby change my statement to Guy's speed being relatively equal to Itachi's speed
