I'd say guy would win this. Gai has ridiculous stamina and would outlast itachi who has has low stamina.

Itachi is soooo fast people say he doesn't use hand signs.....so if it is base speed it would be close and should i remind you that kakashi beat guy and itachi is faster than kakashi
