i agree with you on the fact he has a better record, but the difference between the fights were that Guy has always been in fights that he could not afford to lose ex. fights with kisame, so whether it was plot or not, he absolutely had to win them. Kakashi, on the other hand has more screen time than guy will ever have, so it makes sense that he would of lost a couple of times.

Ima assume were talkin about black ops. In blops my WL is .82 and KD is 1.60 (like 60,000 kills and 36,000 deaths, or soemthing like that) in Mw3 (which blows, so ive only gotten about 1 day played) my KD is 1.30 and WL is 1.24

Before Kisame even headed out he was already only at 70% because Pain took 30%, and then later on he made three water clones. For those who don't know their stuff, water clones split the users power by 1/10. If you do the math then you'll realize that Guy took on a Kisame who was a little under 50%, and yet he still needed go to all the way up to the 6th Gate to keep up. The second meeting Kisame didn't even have Samehada, had been starving for days, and was extremely weakened. Guy not one time faced Kisame at his best, and for someone who was supposedly created to be his counter I must say he was extremely lucky.

Guy can use Ninjutsu. That's why he got a 3. Lee on the other hand... he can't use Ninjutsu, that's why he got a 0.5.
