Well guy has the capability to move at the speed of sound in this mode, but naruto is extremely fast himself. They are both very strong due to the 7 gates and the KM respectively. It would come down to a battle of stamina which Naruto would most likely win since he can stay in KM for a long time, whereas Guy has a very limited time to use 7 gates before it destroys his own body.

It would be a good fight, but it wouldn't last long since guy would only be in 7 gates for a little while.

We wouldn't really know since we have never seen anyone in eight gates mode. It would certainly be better than guy in 7 gates mode, but he would eventually die in the end.
