Not really. Just do it like this;

I create several fireballs and release it all.

This technique is ideal when opposing multiple targets.

This technique can only be used in short range, making it useless when attacking enemies at a long range distance.

That is all. I will then make a post with a counter to the techniques you perform. Then you make another post and tell me whether the counter is good or not and why you say so.

Description: The user creates crescent shaped blades of water, which follow the arcs of their hand movements attacking opponents infront of them or they can twirl around while generating the crescent blades to attack all around them.

This technique would be very much useful in battle, its a very versatile water technique which doesn't require a water source nor any hand seals. Gather your water chakra and focus it into your hands, you then release the chakra and shape it as crescent blades of water which you manipulate with hand gestures.

Over there is a weak and old tree, slash a couple of that branches off. I need firewood.

*Guv nods as his new senpai gave him the newest instructions. At least he wasn't beating the crap out of the paths anymore, a refreshing change of pace for this training. He notices the old tree about 4 meters from him, and notices that three branches of it are located quite peculiarly. The first branch is the highest one, but also the one closest to his position, the second branch is central to his position, where he could reach it by jumping and touching it with the tips of his fingers, and the final one is below them both, and furthest from his position, but he touch it with the tips of his fingers without having to jump or even stand on the tips of his toes. In other words, they are all located in a mostly straight diagonal line downwards, with the first branch being the most upwards, and then the other two being descending from the first. Guv smiles, as he now knows the easiest method to acquire these branches.*

*He begins to concentrate chakra into his left hand and runs towards the tree, being off to the right of it. Some water then begins to coat his hand, and once he reaches one and a half meters from the branches, he jumps slightly forward, his right knee propelling forward in a bent motion, as he moves his left hand in a diagonal downward arc. This causes the chakra to be released from his hand, creating a water wave the successfully strikes all three branches, cutting them off from the tree. He lands in front of the first branch, but slides somewhat, thus causing him to trip over the first branch. He easily gets up, and collects all three branches, huffing somewhat as he carries them to Yashiro-senpai, and drops them into a small pile between the two of them. Guv then scratches the back of his head before answering the second portion of Yashiro's request.*




Advantages:

1.) This jutsu holds many similarities with the Wind form of this same jutsu, the Wind Terror jutsu. Both jutsus are easily added to complement Taijutsu, both jutsus are extremely easy and quick to use, thus able to act as quick defenses or offenses when needed, and both jutsus are great for forcing a quick action from the opponent.
2.) However, this jutsu is also quite a bit larger, thus forcing the opponent to use a much larger counter jutsu. Add on the Rank of this jutsu, and this jutsu is a bit more difficult to dodge than the Wind Terror jutsu.

Disadvantages:

1.) This jutsu, because of its size, has more difficulty in using it as a stealth attack against the opponent than the Wind Terror jutsu, even if it has the same speed in preparation as the Wind Terror jutsu.
2.) This jutsu is ultimately still thin, thus allowing larger jutsus to mostly continue uninhibited by this jutsu

Have you learned the; 'Wind Style: Rasengan' and 'Shadow Clone techniques already?'

There is a technique that requires these two techniques, or rather just the wind rasengan.

But anyway, I will continue in the meantime and we can get back to that technique when you answer.

For this technique below, I want you to perform the list of hand seals before then releasing your water chakra and forming a gigantic vortex of water infront of you which you should also shape manipulate into a ring of water. You then manipulate the ring into shooting gigantic torrents of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high before collapsing down and forming massive waves all around as it does. The resulting effect makes the attack appear as a waterfall. It also very much resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power capable of destroying a large area of the terrain, much akin to a natural disaster.

It will then shoot a gigantic torrent of water that extends water over a large scale, surges upon impact and rises up to several dozen meters high only to collapse down, forming massive waves all around as it does. The effect is such that as its collapsing it resembles a waterfall, hence the name of the technique. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilization is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The normal use of the technique requires a water source which is manipulated into the technique but some users have shown the ability to use the technique as a water stream exhaled from the mouth and forming more of a gigantic barrage/stream/wave of water rather than the more intricate and complex use of the main application of the technique.
Note: Can be used with a water source or by using one's own chakra to exhale the technique without the need for a water source nearby.

This technique requires your opponent and I assume yourself to be standing on a source of water. You would first gather and focus your water chakra into the source of water before manipulating some of it into the shape of four sharks, you then cause the sharks to rush towards your target before attacking them from beneath, launching them into the air whilst breaking bones in the process. At this point the target would be vulnerable to other attacks of yours.

*Guv rises up, a shocked expression on his face, before observing another long, never-ending string of handseals to perform the newest jutsu. Guv sighed and then performed the Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Ram → Boar → Ox → Horse → Monkey → Tiger → Dog → Tiger → Snake → Tiger → Ox → Monkey → Rabbit → Bird handseals, forming a large ring of water about a meter behind it, the edges of which form one meter to either side of him, and one meter above him inside of the pool of water. Guv then pushed his hands forward, causing the ring of water to expel forward, thus around Guv, and destroy most of the surrounding area, reaching Yashiro's first clone in record time before a stray tree crashes into it, thus destroying it. As the ring reaches 15 meters, it begins to die down, thus leaving a small wave by the time it reaches 15 meters before finally stopping. Guv notices that absolutely no trees or bushes remain in the path of the ring, causing him to whistle as he desperately turned towards the second clone.*




Advantages:
1.) This jutsu has an enormous reach and size, allowing it to overwhelm weaker defenses, thus causing the opponent to need to use jutsus of a much higher scale to effectively counter this jutsu
2.) This jutsu can be used to help level playing fields, thus forcing hiding opponents out to the open, eliminate traps, and force the opponent into a more head-on battle

Disadvantages:
1.) The user is also forced into a more open battle, and thus cannot use cover anymore to try to route their opponent, nor can they hid clones or traps in any cover, but are forced to use such jutsus in the open
2.) Because of the scale and complexity of this jutsu, this is a hard jutsu to perform in any combo situation, and thus is mostly effective for ending a string rather than begin a jutsu string or to be used with another jutsu




*Guv then begins to dash towards the clone standing on the lake, grabbing a kunai as he does so, wrapping an explosive tag onto it. He then tosses it with his right hand as his right foot touches the water; once it approaches a few feet from the clone's position, Guv performs a quick Tiger hand seal, causing it to explode, thus causing a large gas bubble to form around the clone, causing it to become confused. As the bubble forms, Guv concentrates chakra around both of his feet before releasing it into the water, thus forming four shark-like water projectiles. Although shark-like in shape, they retain no teeth, and merely have sharp noses with which to push around the clone. The first one charges in, but merely dives around the upper right of the clone, merely grazing its side. Meanwhile, the second one dives right into both of the clones knees in the front of the clone, knocking him forward in a downward formation, his back arced upwards. The third shark then knocks him into his stomach, knocking him upwards, with the final one knocking him in the chest, pushing him further upwards. As the final two sharks hit the clone, Guv throws another kunai, with his right hand again, towards the clones head, piercing it successfully and thus eliminating it. Guv then turns to Yashiro-senpai.*




Advantages:
1.) The four sharks are very mobile, allowing for more sophisicated attack patterns, especially because their freedom in movement allows for fake outs, strategic damage to bones and muscles, and flanking formations.
2.) Because the four sharks can attack in such formations, it's very difficult to eliminate all four of them at once

Disadvantages:
1.) Because the sharks depend on water for their subsistence, any move to either move the opponent away from the water, or move the water away from the opponent will effectively neutralize this jutsu's potential
2.) Each shark alone carries a weak potential of C-Rank damage, thus depending on all four sharks to damage any opponent significantly.

Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.



Gather your water chakra whilst performing the needed hand seals. You then release the water chakra, add nature transformation to form the chakra into actual water and expel said water from your mouth. You then further shape manipulate the water to form a a circular wall defense all around your position that is capable of defending againts a majority of attacks within reason. Try it out.

With both yourself and your target upon a source of water, you cause the water to explode beneath the target, launching them into the air. You then focus your water chakra into one of your arms and jump above your target whilst then forming a whirlpool of water around said arm before striking the target with it, creating a large water explosion.

*Guv notices as a new giant enemy crab appears, far larger than any he has fought thus far. The crab's determined glare signifies its elite status, the father of all the previous giant enemy crabs; the worse thing is that he doesn't have an apparent glowing red weak spot. Guv sighs, before noticing that it's on the opposite side of the pond shore as he is, and that it directly looked at Guv, meaning that it might attempt a direct charge at him. Guv begins to concentrate chakra into his right hand as he determines that he was right, as the giant enemy crab does a direct charge at him. As it begins its move, Guv kneels down, his right knee parallel to the ground, and touches the water with his right hand, forming a wave of water that grows larger as it approaches the crab, reaching a height of twenty meters (twice the size of the giant enemy crab) by the time it hits the crab. The wave then pushes the crab back, but the crab unfortunately sees it coming, and blocks the majority of the blow by time the wave crashes into it by holding both claws criss-crossed in front of it. It then glares more hatefully at Guv before inhaling with its stomach. This one won't be as easy as the others...*




Advantages:
1.) The immense size of the wave of water allows it to penetrate through most defenses, crushing all but the largest of them as well as knocking back numerous opponents, mostly regardless of their size
2.) This can be used to create an opening on a battlefield, for the above reason, allowing you to swiftly take the offensive while the opponent struggles with defending against the size of this jutsu

Disadvantages:
1.) The opponent can go over this wave while it develops, as it only becomes potent as it reaches long-range; anytime before that, the opponent can utilize any number of mobility increasing jutsus to go past it
2.) This jutsu is only truly effective on the water, as it swiftly loses all potency once it reaches land; thus, an opponent can, again, move backwards using a mobility increasing jutsu and reach land before this jutsu strikes at them




*Guv then sees the father crab spit out a stream of potent acid, seemingly long-range, but also somewhat weak looking, which gives Guv an idea. He performs the Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger handseals before slamming his hands onto the water (from the same kneeling position, except both knees are now on the ground). This forms a half arc in front of Guv, touching from one end of Guv's side of the shore to the other, thus forming about ten meters long and fifteen meters tall, thus tanking the acid attack, dissipating after the two moves collide. The crab then charges at Guv, to which he replies by smirking.*

It took the bait.




Advantages:
1.) This jutsu can have an immense size, forming perfectly around the user. It, thus, can be used to stop attacks from all sides of the user, as well as from great heights
2.) This jutsu can be utilize in numerous environments, greatly enhancing its capabilities for defensive purposes

Disadvantages:
1.) This jutsu doesn't defend from attacks coming from above or below the user, thus leaving them vulnerable to those attacks




*Guv raises his left knee, it facing forward, as Guv gathers a bit of chakra into his right hand before touching the water with it, releasing the chakra into the water. Guv then rises up, taking a few steps back as he places his left leg back, and bends forward with his right knee, thus taking a battle position. As Guv does this, the water slightly in front of the crab's face begins to bubble, causing it to stop momentarily to look at it with a confused expression. It then erupts, the force of it hitting the crab in its face, thus flipping it, exposing its belly upwards. As this occurs, Guv sends some chakra through his feet into the ground directly in front of the shoreline, and thus begins a dash. As Guv reaches the shoreline, a pillar forms, pushing Guv upwards. Guv then jumps, using the upward mobility of the pillar, as well as a bit of chakra enhancement funneled from his legs and released through his feet, to his advantage, and thus appears about three meters above the crab. Swiftly noticing that it, in fact, did have a large glowing weak point on its belly, Guv begins to concentrate an immense amount of chakra into his left hand.*

"Gotcha!"

*As the whirlpool forms around his left hand, Guv dives into the the crab's weak point, his left hand forcing a punch into the point, causing critical damage. The inertia forces both Guv and the crab to crash into the pond, the weak point now greatly damaged because of the explosion caused by Guv's punch, it sending water all around Guv as he delivered the punch. The crab gasps for air before dieing, the crash killing it. Guv then swims for the shore, and sits down on the shoreline as he arrives. This last jutsu took a lot of effort on his part.*

Advantages:
1.) The ultimate result of this jutsu causes two explosions, one below the opponent, and then the other as the user delivers a punch onto the opponent. The first punch exploits a weakness most shinobi don't watch too attentively, that is below their being, and the other delivers a highly potent punch, eliminating most of their active defenses, and causes considerable damage onto their being.
2.) Because the first portion of this jutsu utilizes an explosion from below the shinobi, it can be used to bypass most defenses, considering that most depend upon covering around the user, rather than below the user

Disadvantages:
1.) This jutsu depends on the first explosion successfully hitting the opponent, as the second portion leaves the user vulnerable to counter-attack if the opponent isn't first tossed into the air from the prior move
2.) As such, it greatly depends upon the opponent being distracted by another jutsu in order for it to function, hence making this a poor jutsu to use as an independent attack

Nicely done, by the way.

Ok for this technique you form 3 hand seals that create a vortex around you. As you would imagine this vortex is rapidly undulating around your position and as such can be defensive. But it also packs concussive force making it offensive at the same time. Take these guys out.

Ok if you remember Exploding Water Colliding Wave you know just a fraction of this technique's power. The advanced version, this traps the entire battle field up to long ranged in a giant water orb, instead of releasing it like its predecessor. And it only takes a hand seal, get rid of those men over there deforesting the land with their Katon techniques. Also take note, the force of the water coming out your mouth, if aimed at the ground can push you airborne while releasing this technique.

Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.




By manipulating a pre-existing water source with just 4 hand seals extensive shape manipulation will occur and you have yourself an aquatic familiar to do your bidding, this is an exceptional jutsu as the creature can release B ranked torrents from its mouth without taking up one of your 3 move slots, incredible I know. Defend yourself.

When combined with Wind Release: Pressure Damage, this technique is amplified to the point of being able to evaporate a large amount of water in an instant.

Sorry about the lateness behind this ._.




*Twelve ANBU shinobi surround Guv and his last senpai disappeared, Guv not knowing as he's still relaxing nearby the shoreline, patting Yangus dry gently with his left sleeve, making the twelve shinobi at his back. They jump, the sudden motion, alongside the sudden swaying of the leaves and crackling of the branches upon which the shinobi stood upon alerting Guv of something approaching his position. He turns his body around his right, and notices the shinobi jumping towards his position, each of whom bears a kunai in their hands, but otherwise having the cold and dispassionate disposition that one anticipate ANBU shinobi bearing. Guv immediately performs the Ram → Horse → Bird handseals, which then causes some water from the nearby shoreline to begin swirling around Guv in two different strains, one, from Guv's right, swirls counterclockwise, and the other, from Guv's left, swirls clockwise, however, each strains remains a few inches away from each other, thus forming two contrary strains the end up enhancing their deflective capabilities. As the strains keep their circulation going, the water swirls begin to climb upwards, ultimately reaching a height of twenty feet, while the pillar itself has a total diameter of five feet, 2.5 feet towards each of Guv's sides. Thus, as the ANBU end up reaching Guv, the pillar of swirling water forces them away, thus propelling them about three meters away while staggering them, forcing them off their positions, and thus also making them drop their kunais in the process.*

Advantages:
1.) This jutsu holds many similarities with the Flame Whirlwind, in that both jutsus utilize chakra to create an elemental whirlwind in order to repel or stop an opponent from approaching Taijutsu range, thus forcing them to change tactics. Also, these jutsus dual-serve as a defensive mechanism, as they can deflect opponents away as well as shinobi tools and weaker jutsus, as well as offensive moves, as both can bluntly damage the opponent, mostly within a counterattack scenario, given both its range and time required to properly create the pillar. However, it's of note that the Flame Whirlwind jutsu can be sent off after its creation, and yet this jutsu cannot be sent off; however, this jutsu is stronger than the Flame Whirlwind, thus it's ultimately up to both environmental constraints as well as personal preference towards which jutsu a shinobi may use.
2.) Differences between the two jutsus, besides the aforementioned sending off capacity of the Flame Whirlwind jutsu, is mostly the difference between the two elements. This jutsu is more used to repulsion of the opponent(s), as well as concussive damage and deflection of other jutsus, thus as a defensive/counter-attack move. Meanwhile, the Flame Whirlwind is more effective for severely burning the opponent(s), as well as restricting the motion with the burnt extremities, because of severe pain caused by the burns, yet may be less effective towards repulsion. Thus, for repulsion, this jutsu is quite effective. Also, this jutsu completely surrounds the user, thus creating a perfect barrier around the user, and also because of its height, it's more difficult to take advantage of the opening around the top of this jutsu, requiring a clever manuever in order to exploit it.

Disadvantages:
1.) However, the ground below the user isn't covered by any of the water, and thus exploiting this weakness, by for example using the Stone Spikes jutsu, may prove a very effective counter. Also, because of the limited space that the user has in the middle of the tornado for manueverability, exploiting this weakness may prove to be difficult for the opponent to counter.
2.) Also, while in use, this jutsu limits the visibility of the user, thus allowing the opponent to prepare traps, escape, or prepare more elaborate jutsus while the user is unaware of their activity. However, using a sensory type capability while using this jutsu helps alleviate this flaw.




*Each of the ANBU then begin to arise, one by one, until all twelve are standing, forming a concave arc (away from Guv) surrounding Guv. They then perform the Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger hand seals before each of them form a stream of fire, with each fireball being the size of Guv's chest, thus propelling the streams towards Guv, until the streams connect to one another, thus forming a large, bulky arc of flame to incinerate Guv. Guv smirks before forming the Ram handseal, thus initiating the concentration of chakra within his chest, before expelling out a stream of water aimed for about a meter in front of the ANBU, thus forming a larger wave of water, that not only eliminates the flames, but also repel the ANBU away from Guv's position. The wave then begins to arc above Guv, until it lands on the opposite shore of the lake, thus forming a bubble of water of considerable size. It finally begins to dissipate away, until Guv remains as the only shinobi conscious, although soaking wet. He sighs, as now it's far more difficult to dry Yangus...*

Advantages:
1.) This is an immense, powerful jutsu, capable of producing waves of much power all around the user, thus fully repelling away most object away from the user, as well as causing considerable damage to the any nearby shinobi.
2.) The final result of this jutsu is the creation of a new water source for the battle, thus allowing the usage of many new jutsus (correct me if I'm wrong about this)

Disadvantages:
1.) Because of the intensity of this jutsu, this will hit both allies and opponents, thus care must be taken to prevent any allies from being damaged when using this jutsu




*Guv then stands up, to notice his senpai, him being mid-range, performing the Rat → Dog → Tiger handseals, before exhaling out a ball of fire about the size of Guv's chest, aimed for his general position. Guv replies by performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram handseals, thus causing a pillar of water to suddenly rise from the lake. The pillar begins to arc forward and some of it splinters at both of the pillar's sides, thus forming both the head and the two arms. The base of the pillar then splits into two, thus forming the two legs of the beast; finally, a gaping maw forms as two splots of water thicken, thus forming the mouth and eye of the beast. It then exhales out a stream of water aimed for the fireball, thus eliminating the fireball with ease. Guv nods as he sits down again, the beast stomping slightly forward as Guv does so.*

Advantages:
1.) This is truly a unique jutsu amongst the cannon jutsus, forming a water beast capable of delivering an A-Rank slashing, close-range Suiton jutsu, or a mid-long range streaming B-Rank Suiton damage, thus allowing it to have numerous adaptable attacks, as well as being able to use those attacks for the three turns at which it's present, a rarity amongst Cannon jutsus.
2.) As well as being a potent offensive jutsu, this jutsu allow is capable of tanking considerable damage, it being a large hulking wolf, being dissipating and being eliminated, thus allowing this to serve as a defensive jutsu as well that lasts for many turns. Thus, this jutsu is equivalent to a mid-tier summoning

Disadvantages:
1.) The only one that swiftly comes to mind is that this can only be used near a water source, thus making it environmentally dependent.

Questions: Must I post this jutsu every turn that this jutsu is in use? If so, does it count as one of the three jutsus per turn?

Nicely done! Regarding the question about Water Beast; no, you don't have to post it every turn just signify the opponent of how many turns the creature has alive.



Ok since this is the last A rank I'll just post it and then we move on to the S ranked stuff.

Quite simple in application. With the swing of a hand you are able to have water from a source nearby take form and lift your opponent in the air. As you can imagine they would have limited space to move and air to breathe as well because this vortex is air tight. After lifting them in the air and punishing them the user snaps a finger and dispels the technique. Try it out.

*Guv disperses the water beast, the water flooding the field around Guv as he begins to move into the forest further alongside the shoreline, keeping a water source nearby of his position. He shivers slightly, the cool air of the evening taking its toll upon the dripping clothes of Guv's, Yangus shaking himself off periodically of the drips of water falling from Guv's hair and bandana. He swiftly finds a decaying tree a few meters away, and begins to prepare some Fuuton chakra into his right hand, noticing a moderate sized branch hanging about ten feet from his position, yet the connection between branch and tree has been weakened for a significant portion of time, a perfect branch from which to create a fire. Guv swings his right hand, rotating counterclockwise around the tree by about ten degrees in order to properly aim his swing towards the branch's weakest point as he delivers his swing. The wind arc strike the branch, causing both the branch to fall roughly onto the ground, as well as the wind arc to dissipate upon hitting the branch. Any thicker, and the branch would has sustained the hit, Guv seems to have nearly underestimated the endurance of even effete trees.*

*Guv grabs his sword with his right hand, and charges some Fuuton chakra into it, in order to drastically increase its sharpness, and thus its cutting potential. The problem is that Guv lacked any proper hefty tools normally utilized in this sort of procedure, yet the branch is still of a substantial enough size as to require further truncation in order to be burned at a proper enough pace. Guv thought of utilizing Raiton for the sword, but Guv feared that it might truncate the wood too harshly, and thus leave mostly scraps and sawdust behind. Thus, Guv begins the slow process of cutting the wood, alleviated in speed by the Fuuton chakra, but not in effort or strength. He begins to think, about Konoha, his future, Agnes...*

*Guv and Yangus begin to look upwards, to see a shinobi wearing the traditional Konoha shinobi outfit about short-range from his position walking towards him, his breathing a bit erratic, seemingly nervous. Guv, his clothes still dripping and soaking wet, still feels a sensation of warmth, of his adrenal rushing through his body, as the opposing shinobi, smirking, performs some handseals before inhaling, seemingly preparing the Great Fireball jutsu, a jutsu of which Guv knows well, having been trained in using it by Aigis. He glances behind him, noticing that regardless of how artificially deep he may appear to be into the forest, he's still close to the shoreline of the training pond, and thus he concentrates some chakra into the pond by sending it through his feet, causing some water to flow towards the opposing shinobi, whom is mostly attentive to Guv, and thus, compounded by the increasing darkness of the evening, wouldn't notice much of this water flow. Guv observes as the shinobi begins to exhale, timing his water pillar formation as the shinobi begins his exhalation.*

"Katon: Great Fireball Technique!"

*As the fireball is released, Guv swings his right arm upwards, thus causing the water pillar to rise upwards below the shinobi, sending him upwards, following the trajectory of the pillar, for about fifteen feet up. Guv, however, notices as the shinobi poofs away, thus proving that it was merely a clone. Guv then snaps, causing the water pillar to die down. Guv screws his lips somewhat, and looks around, noticing no other abnormal signals nearby. Increasing his caution, Guv decides to light a lit fire over one of the logs, instead of the original several logs, by exhaling out a small fireball towards the log. While still hugely risky, Guv would die of hypothermia if he doesn't dry off soon...*

Disadvantages:
1.) Another Suiton jutsu that is environmentally dependent
2.) If I'm not mistaken, this jutsu acts as a streaming jutsu, in that the user needs to concentrate chakra continually into the jutsu for it to be continued, thus making this ineffective for Suiton/Raiton combinations attacks. Please correct me if I'm wrong about this though.

Pretty good at this..


Ok this is probably as flashy as you'll get regarding Suiton technique combos, but with your mind I doubt that. So the move begins with streaming Suiton chakra in the ground to form a pool of the sort under your opponent, it will then explode upwards pushing them in the air. After which you form 3 hand seals to manipulate the pool under their feet to shoot 8 bullets of highly compressed water at them, this is to add further insult to injury. Then the 8 bullets will converge at a set point above the airborne opponent and form the almighty Water Dragon, which will then viciously come crashing down on the opponent sandwiching them between the dragon itself and the hard ground.

*same leaf ninja from before appears at your far left in a corner, he sent the shadow clone as a decoy while he documented your Suiton prowess. He doesn't know that you saw him.*

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

Perhaps my most favorite S ranked move, this utilizes extremely pressurized water crammed in the form a tin stream that houses the cutting potential of any blade. The jutsu is quite fast and doesn't require hand seals. Quite self explanatory and I'm sure you can come up with perfect opportunities for this. That being said, the user can move his head around to create intricate patterns that make escape near impossible.

After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.


Ok this technique comes in many forms and shapes. But its primary usage is to forcefully push water from the user's mouth onto the terrain. It can be used to douse flames, provide movement, or even cushion your fall. All of these applications are possible due to the size, power, and speed at which the water leaves the mouth. Almost instantaneous, almost. It can also be used to fill gaps quite quickly. Try it out.

*The fire warms Guv up slightly, but only barely manages to even minutely dry his clothes. The night has approached, consuming much of the warmth of the fire with the chill it carries forth, but Guv notices a far more interesting detail within the shadows, a figure moving haphazardly throughout the cloak of night, leaping downward from a branch from a twinkle of his left eye, the figure being barely illuminated by the hazy fire. Guv doesn't sigh as he normally would, nor make a comment, but merely lowers his right hand and twitches his two pointer fingers of the hand inwards towards the palm, motioning Yangus to climb upwards, which he promptly does until he's inside the tunic pocket. The figure, meanwhile, approaches moreso, now more visibly, but still a hazy figure; in reaction to his forward motion, Guv creates the verisimilitude of inattention, poking the fire with a nearby twig he left for such an occasion while keeping track of the figure through a slight glance to his left; he also esoterically begins to send Suiton chakra funneling through his hands, storing an immense amount through them. The figure then crouches, preparing a dash stance, a kunai barely hinted in his right hand, seemingly being morphed with fuuton chakra to increase itss sharpness. Guv turns, and expresses a pseudo-shocked expression... but then claps his hands before slamming them onto the ground on the left side of the ground below the log. Through his hands forms a swift, large stream of water dashes towards the figure, creating a circle of water about twelve feet in diameter. From this forms a pillar of water that's about six meters tall that pushes the figure up about twenty feet before collapsing onto the ground. As the pillar collapses, Guv forms the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat handseals, which causes eight portions of the water to condense, with the final hand seal acting as a signal for the droplets to spark upwards, mostly keeping the figure in mid-air while coalescing about two meters above the man, and twenty-two meters total above Guv, thus being difficult for Guv to see through the pitch black night. Because of this, Guv barely morphs the ball into another pillar of water with a pseudo-maw onto it before sending it down onto the mid-air figure, mustering whatever strength and chakra connection Guv currently had. While the dragon-like pillar of water had immense strength behind it, it's the downward velocity from such a tall height that causes the most damage onto the poor figure, causing a loud thunk sound to be heard as the figure crashes into the earlier made puddle, while also creating a small crater to be formed underneath the figure when he crashes into the ground. Guv now gives off a bona-fide shocked expression before haphazardly dashing towards the figure. What he saw next... is a mess.*

*Water was sprayed and splashed everywhere from the collision, with clumps of dirt scattered throughout the area. Thick mud blocks much of the easy approach towards the body, but the body itself is the most disturbing detail. The body lays lifeless within the puddle crater, blood oozing from the collision site on the man's chest, but two details truly disturbed Guv. The first is that the man's headband possessed not the banner of Konoha, but rather the banner of Kumo, what was such a man doing in a relatively isolated corner of Konoha... but something more morbid awaited upon the man's face. The man possesses a shocked expression, his dead lifeless eyes shocked open, as if... as if he didn't know Guv was aware. But Guv also sees a hint of sadness within the dead man's glance... did he have family back in Kumo? Brothers, sisters, parents, a wife, some kids... yet here he was, dead... no different than the people of Azai, or the past Konoha shinobi. But... if Guv didn't fight, if Guv didn't live... then Agnes... Guv now sighs. Such is the way of this world... Agnes wishes to change it, but it will consume her if Guv doesn't live, and Guv knows... he doesn't want to know the consequences of his death. Thus Guv must live, and thus must be the focus of the world's hate, if only so then Agnes may thrive...*

Advantages:
1.) This jutsu multi-step performance actually allows it to defend against numerous jutsus and also many of the normal defenses behind the jutsu. For example, any Katon streams will immediately be stopped predictably by the water pillar pushing the opposing shinobi upwards, but the same can be said for any such streaming jutsu. The reason for this is that the user of any streaming jutsu needs concentration for the stream to be continued, and thus any distractions or interruptions of the stream will cancel out the jutsu. Mind, because this jutsu travels alongside the ground in a stream of water, mid-air streaming jutsus or jutsus capable of traveling through water will still need to be cancelled out, as this jutsu won't necessarily prevent them from continuing towards the user of this jutsu.

Now, the second portion of this jutsu creates eight balls of water that strike the opponent upwards. This makes it near impossible for the opponent to regain balance in order to move away from this jutsu, and thus allow the third portion, the dragon, to strike them downwards, thus causing considerable damage, and potentially killing lesser opponents from the velocity caused damage. Thus, the second step disturbs most potential dodges to this jutsu, and the third pretty much kills them, thus making the first step the crucial step to block for most shinobi.

2.) Knowing this, this jutsu is great for disrupting the opponent's movements and jutsus while allowing you to take advantage of the long gap during this jutsu to re-take the offensive as the dragon collides with the shinobi, as it's this step that frees the user to prepare new jutsus.

Disadvantages:

1.) If the shinobi manages to move away from the move mid-stage, by use, for example, of the wind stream jutsu by first preparing their stomach with a rock armor jutsu to better deflect the damage while also allowing them to retain their vision of the ground, and then using the wind stream jutsu to move away from the jutsu, this forces the opponent to finish the move, thus allowing the shinobi to strike them with a swift jutsu, for example, the False Spear of Darkness. However, this may be seen as meta-gaming if not prepared correctly, thus caution should be used with this counter.

2.) A safer, and frankly easier, counter is to just block the stream from ever approaching your position. The best method to do this, while also gaining a height advantage over your opponent, is using the Greater Earth Moving Core jutsu to increase your height as the stream moves towards you, thus making the stream crash into the wall, preventing the rest of the jutsu from being performed. This is because this jutsu requires a stream of water, which counts as a streaming jutsu, with all the disadvantages that entails, to travel towards the opponent, with this stream being visible to them. Thus, this allows a poignant opponent to easily use this jutsu to their advantage, and thus take a distance advantage over their opponent. This makes this jutsu easier to use in situations in which the opponent's vision is blocked or impaired.




*Guv hears a twig break, and swiftly turns to his right to notice another shinobi beginning to form rock armor around his body, an Iwa banner more clearly across his forehead. He bears a more frustrated expression, his eyes narrowing at a frightful pace, his face grimacing at Guv, yet his teeth bared with malicious intent.*

"Gr... you bastard, you dare disgrace us..."

*Guv, clearly still shocked from earlier encounter and not truly thinking straightly, performs a Tiger hand seal before storing an immense amount of chakra within his chest. He feels it about to burst out of him, leading the Iwa shinobi to bear an only momentary confused expression, before releasing the chakra as an extremely potent stream of water, bursting out of his mouth in such a powerful speed as to mostly obliterate the opposing shinobi, regardless of his rock armor, which crumbles away as the stream hits it. In the end, nothing but a bloody stain at the front end of the now destroyed tree in front of which the shinobi laid... alongside two fallen trees behind the shinobi... he had heard from Aigis about the incredibly potent power that certain jutsus possessed, yet placed emphasis on how life would always return... how the hell could that be true... how... how... how....*

Advantages:
1.) This jutsu is far easier to prepare than the last merely requiring a hand seal and then chakra storage into the chest/lung before release. The payoff is an incredibly cutting and powerful stream of water that can cut through most obstacles, as well as fluid in that it follows the head movement of the shinobi performing said jutsu. Thus, it carries numerous offensive and defensive capabilities, although these don't really differentiate from the other jutsus of this sort.

Disadvantages:
1.) However, this jutsu is still, at the end, a streaming jutsu that depends upon the mouth for proper performance. Thus, the mouth needs to be available to streaming, and thus any jutsu that clogs it or increases the difficulty of breathing will cancel out this jutsu. Then, any jutsu that either interrupts the streaming or unbalances the user will neuter this jutsu by stopping the stream of chakra sent into the jutsu, and thus cancel the jutsu itself. However, because of this jutsu's potent power, rarely will there be visual problems, as this jutsu's power can probably dispel most smoke or mist easily, and cut through most obstacles with ease. However, the performer of this jutsu is still vulnerable to Genjutsu, thus care is still needed to ascertain environmental and mental normalities before using this jutsu.




*A third shinobi jumps it, absolutely scared of Guv now, and immediately performs a few hand seals before slamming his hands onto the ground, causing the ground to sink some meters below Guv. Guv merely concentrates some more chakra into his chest before expelling a stream of water, thicker than earlier, but with less power as well, into the pit... Guv paid no attention to the ramifications of it... not noticing the cries of the poor boy, only a genin of Iwa...*

*Some hours later, Guv laid near the fire, poking it with a stick, his clothes still wet, though he gave no care to it now. He began to wonder, both as to what Agnes would say, but also as to why a squad of shinobi were here, and with ill intent at that... most of all, how could any shinobi remain sane when kids have to die like that. Surely this will bite him one day...*

Advantages:
1.) This jutsu utilizes a less powerful stream than the earlier, thus serving not as much of a cutting role as a filling role. Thus, while not a potent offensively, as it won't cut through walls and obstacles as easily, it will fill up pools much more easily, serves to increase one's mobility much easier (as with the previous jutsu, the potent power behind it increases its lack of predictability in regards to proper control and regulation over its mobility), and also push away obstacles, which serves its own purpose as a mechanism for offensive defenses

Disadvantages:
1.) Pretty much the same as the previous jutsu, really nothing different in this regard (forgive me for the laziness here)

Now this is the season finale of our brief training. Time to graduate. This is probably your strongest Water canon defense. It requires no hand seals and is near instantaneous. Up to Forbidden ranked Fire this can quell, well I'm sure you would have realized. But even though its such a great defense be sure to know its a barricade and not a wall, meaning its useful for intercepting oncoming attacks and can't be used in an omnidirectional manner, got that? Good, now lets see how you fair against these guys.

* A couple of Uchiha elites align around you, they fire B ranked fireballs from all angles*

Pro tip: Be very creative, and you don't have to use just this jutsu alone, string it into an applicable defensive combo.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar

Apologies for both the lateness behind this post as well as how melodramatic it is :sweat:




*More shinobis jumped out of the dark, now firing off fireballs, all within a half circle in front of him and from multiple heights. Guv sighs as he began to store chakra within his body, of an equivalent amount as that of the strongest Katon jutsu he has performed.*

Maybe I ought to just let them kill me now...

*Rather than dwell upon the thought further, he immediately expels out the chakra, forming a gigantic water barrier, reaching the maximum height of twenty feet and width of ten feet as it approaches short range from Guv, before dieing down until it dissipates as it begins to reach long range. Truly a formidable jutsu this one is, as it repels both the shinobi and fireballs away like a wrapper in the wind, making the whole offensive truly joke-worthy. As the jutsu dies down, Guv notices only the moaning of the shinobi and how soaked the whole area now is, a situation that would normally cause Guv to sigh... but what truly is the point anymore... isn't this just the end result of a battle, a scarred arena... no, this isn't scarred yet, too pathetic to call it scarred. Guv immediately performs the Horse → Tiger → Snake → Ram handseals before inhaling it, to a similar degree as the previous jutsu, before exhaling out seven fireballs, each ultimately the size of a human male, aiming them haphazardly throughout the arena, burning it to a somewhat considerable degree, although causing no long-term fires because of the previous jutsu used causing it to become soaked. The moans, the cries...*

*A few hours later... Guv spent the night crying... he can't do this... how could Agnes...*

*And then morning came... and with it an understanding of what a shinobi truly is.*

1.) This jutsu has an unbelievable scale and potency for a jutsu requiring no handseals, allowing it to deflect and block extremely powerful jutsus without much effort beyond chakra storage and then streaming said chakra towards creating this jutsu
2.) This jutsu is probably potent enough to create new water sources for clever shinobis

Disadvantages:
1.) This jutsu causes the general area around the user to become soaked, making it harder to move through the newly created mud (mind, this depends upon the general area, so this doesn't effect a beach environment as much for example)
2.) This jutsu's still a streaming jutsu, which comes at the cost of having to have a period of inactivity between this jutsu, and then beginning another jutsu, as this jutsu needs to die down before another can be used
