*Guv, noticing the boat in the middle of the pond, performs the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger handseals before sending chakra from his feet to the surface of the pond. This causes a large circle to begin forming, circling in a clockwise motion, with a total diameter of about twelve feet. As the circle begins to spin faster, Guv sends the water upwards, forming a water tower of about twenty feet high and eight feet wide spinning upwards in the same clockwise formation. He then sends it in a rightward arcing motion, the head of the pillar heading inward once it is successfully behind the paths. It then charges forward, striking the paths, pushing them forward so then they are submerged into the water.*
*As the pillar is charging towards the paths, Guv begins to dash towards them, keeping the constant stream of chakra needed to do so continue without much effort, he's becoming used to this now. Guv, continuing his dash, sends his chakra from his feet to the paths, forming a whirlpool of similar size as that of his last jutsu, except this time in counterclockwise formation. Instead of sending it upwards, though, he sends it downward, sinking the paths into the water. As the whirlpool dives deeper into the pond, water begins to crash into the whirlpool, thus drowning the paths. Guv then scratches his bandana, worried that he overdone it again.*
Thanks for the answers by the way, truly informative
