You Doing the jutsu: I begin channeling my chakra and weave the handseals while biting my lip and smearing blood on my tongue. I then summon a small snake only 10 metres long. Repeating this process multiple times i eventually get a massive snake 100m long. It looks pretty up close.

The skin shed technique is great if you need him to stay on the field.
The burrow technique is also good as he can burrow through swamp of the underworld making him a almost freeform counter to the technique if he is already summoned.

Being angry Grimmjow traps him in his S rank genjutsu(my custom) to distract him. Leaping up into the air(yeah i know shhhhh) Grimmjow appears above him. Adding severe weight to his right arm he drops down with massive force(s rank heavy weight) smashing Manda ontop of the head and causing him to bounce off the ground. He then lands infront of Manda and says with pride. "You now belong to me, give me any cheek and next time i'll come to the snake mountain and kill you.

Spent the last few days thinking and i honestly can't think of a good situation for this jutsu.

You Doing the jutsu I summon several snakes which treverse to the opponents location. Once close the snakes knock the opponent into the air and from the center a single snake comes out and grabs the opponents arm, he then drags the opponent into a cluster of snakes as i sent a chakra pulse into the snakes causing them to all explode blowing the enemy away.

Once close the snakes knock the opponent into the air and from the center a single snake comes out and grabs the opponents arm, he then drags the opponent into a cluster of snakes as i sent a chakra pulse into the snakes causing them to all explode blowing the enemy away.

Is an all around good jutsu imo

Requires a significant Rakn difference to use the killing intent side.
If used short range you can endanger yourself.
Combinations-strategies: Id most likely rarely use this unless i was simply trying to incapsitate a lower ranked opponent. If the snakes had paralysing venom like the wiki says they do i'd use this straight after a Genjutsu of A rank(so no nagashi) and strike then.
Ways to counter this technique: Hardening jutsu, heavy weight technique, nagashi
You Doing the jutsu. From mid range i swiftly cause two large white snakes to emerge from mny sleeves and slither towards my opponent. As they do this i trap the opponent in a Generic A ranked genjutsu as the snakes get close they coil around the opponent and crush his neck killing him.

Large scale for multiple opponents.
Rather fast jutsu according to the anime.
easy to use quickly, and can defend from(im assuming) most generic A rank jutsu.
Weak points
Being attached to the user leaves you vulnerable.
has no real attacking capabilities besides the overwealming numbers.

Combinations-strategies: Another i doubt i'd use but would most likely tag in with a genjutsu as well, probably with a clone or something.
Ways to counter this technique: S rank fire all the way, burn the snakes to death
You Doing the jutsu. Putting my head near the ground i cause a massive ammount of snakes to begin coming from my mouth anbd head towards the opponent. The massive wave covers the opponent and comes crashing down crushing him beneath its weight.
